OK I understand now, but I hadn't heard the story yet so didn't realize it was old.

No worries. It was just misleading in that it looked like a new story and was perhaps related to caylee. Apparently it is unrelated based on the timing.

Don't want to be a party pooper here, and forgive me if this was mentioned before, but if Caylee was found LE is obligated by law to disclose that fact to her next of kin. LE is entitled to do an autopsy, dna testing to determine who it is, etc. but once that's done they are required to release the body to the next of kin. They can't just sit on it. It is possible, however, if it were human remains, that they are testing it to determine the identify first.

Good Luck with your 'catch-up'........this thread/posts seem to come & go, LOL.......I was on here this AM & poof !! it was gone, then it was back....a couple times......now I see it's been 'merged', kinda makes it hard to follow.

I sure am glad you said that because I thought I was losing what little bit of mind I had left!!

Here's why:

about 20 minutes ago I saw a thread that said 'body found - along with child's building blocks' ----- when I clicked on the thread it told me I didn't have access to that page. When I back arrowed to see the list of threads again --- it was GONE!

Anyone else see it?

I asked that ? a couple of days ago and was told that because of how long she's been gone, immediate confirmation by the family would be impossible (what I mean is, cindy or george couldn't look at her and say, yes thats her) because she would be so badly decomposed. So, LE would have to do dental or dna bones which could take a little longer to get results back. Also, why tell cindy and george if you don't know for sure it is Caylee.

I wonder if this is why JB filed his little motion today to keep LE from doing any further testing of evidence? Because he wants to help select the labs...OR he thinks that perhaps something WAS found and he in no way wants them testing THAT???

He can FILE whatever motion he wants. He still needs to convince the judge this is warranted, and the judge must AGREE. Frankly, I'd be surprised since the FBI labs are involved. I think it's a huge step to presume to discredit the FBI forensic labs.

Goodness no I'm not mad at you for bringing info you found!!! I'm nobody but I'm certainly not mad! I do however question things when they come.

That's why I like the idea of a 'rumors thread'...so we don't get stuff shut down just because it isn't "news". I like to be able to read all the stuff and decide for myself if it's worth taking into my 'fact bag'.

A rumor thread could have stuff on it and be bumped as unconfirmed news happens. jmo, of course.

Yeah, Scott Peterson's "notification" was his arrest before he could flee La Jolla to the Mexican border only 30 mi/ away.

It just doesn't make sense that only a few days after LE gave Tim money, planes, boats, mounted LE officials and more that the search would abruptly end. The excuse of waiting until the water recedes doesn't make sense either because there are far more dry places that could have been searched.

Pluse only days earlier TES was begging for more volunteers to help search. They wouldn't have done that unless there were areas that COULD safely be searched.

I suspect that it is not that there are no possible areas to be searched. Rather I think that something discovered or some new turn in the case may have narrowed down the area LE is looking at, to a very high degree. And it may be one of those areas in water that they are certain she is in.

The video about the body found in Jacksonville states that the investigators said that the skull was too big to be that of a child's. And it was found back in June.

God forbid anything happen to my kids! LOL! I had better keep their head measurements on hand...You see, they have BIG heads! My youngest Sons head was so big, as a 10 year old, he wore the largest hockey helmet for an Adult! My Daughters, is off the charts, the ped, tells me...I uv 'em, anyways!

This thread was started with info taken out of context from a FOX blog which this poster is a member. It was discussed with this blogger regarding the inappropriateness of creating a thread based on misinformation. I was a part of those post and urged this WS member to not "cut and paste" info to sensationalize a story.

I contacted Trish to request the thread be taken down and was assured it would be, but I see it's only been disguised under a new title.

Mrb was not even the person blogging info, only responded. As I stated, this thread has been created by snips from another blog and been totally taken out of context to create a sensationalize story.

I have read where R>>>>> has stated that she was bullied by others at FOX Blog. That is simply not true and is a testiment to the false info she has posted on this thread. I was a part of that blogging and we were trying to inform her that starting a "rumor" based on someone's interpretation of something was wrong. This entire thread is based on a portion of a blog that went on over a two hour period in which it was stated that the searcher had only made an interpretation of what she "thought" had happened; no true facts.
