Tampering Investigation Who? What? When? Where? We already know why!

Sadly, while I think JB has really coooked his goose......it hurts his client.

I want KC's case to be clean, fair, by the book, to the letter, and without issue. As a taxpayer.....it's in my interest as well.

I want it right the FIRST time.

I don't even know where to begin...

1. An attorney NEVER, EVER approaches another attorney's client when they KNOW they are already represented. They go through the attorney. What Baez did was so unethical I am astounded. Yes, even considering who it is.

2. It is OBVIOUS why Conway resigned and I completely understand why he said he was a possible witness. Because he WAS. And maybe still will be.

3. Reading between the lines, I think Conway received a LOT of pressure not just from Baez, but from Cindy Anthony, too. I am not sure CA didn't go behind BC's back and work with JB directly, completely ignoring BC's advice.

4. Baez knowingly making false representations to the Court!!! With Conway sitting there!!! Talk about unmitigated gall, arrogance and stupidity!

Oh, there is so much more, but I am truly off to study now.

Baez is gonna be lucky to have a license to practice when this is all said and done, imo.

I remember that there was some speculation that it had to do with jail calls between JB and inmates??? Was that around the same time???

SA has it, I believe. And from the BC interview it sounds as if they have listened to it. If they have it's possible because it now is a case of tampering that it becomes evidence and no longer against the law for them of listen to the tape.....not, sure but it sounds as if LDB said they had listened to it. I feel that the brain child to a lot of the creative TES searcher tampering was TM -- he was the first so vocal on Caylee being placed after ICA was in jail. Now it might have been shaped by folks like LB inserting themselves with MS trickery but TM seeded the plan. JB bought into it and got involved. What was the timing of TM leaving, was it all unraveling then so he left JB to take the fall?

Yes. IIRC JB tried to imply it was illegal for the SA to listen to it and HHJP responded it was up to Lamar. So they did.
