It's an ongoing investigation so until an arrest warrant is issued for tampering I would think everything goes on as usual. JB lying to the judge in court? Not sure but I'd be going to court with a paper bag over my head in the future if I were JB. May the judge won't notice. lol Oh, yes, wouldn't that be contempt?????

Yes ... a lot brighter for not being involved in this circus. In hindsight he must be pleased that the Defense opened that door ... since HHJP is better tooled to deal with this and ... he does not have to personally deal with the JB and CM double act.

Nothing yet. It is not an issue brought before him. These were documents released due to discovery deadlines. Nothing has been filed in court whereby Judge Perry would need to know.

I'm not sure, however with Jose's propensity to go off on a tangent whenever Judge Perry asks "Is there anything else?", IMO she ought to be required to be at each and every one.

Re. the letter to rescind the waiver of conflict of interest (MN and the TES docs) that JB went behind BC's back to get George & Cindy to sign...

I've considered the opinions posted (not sure if it was this thread or another) that CA may not have written it. I disagree. First, I thought the letter sounded exactly like CA. I could almost "hear" her voice when I read it.

Secondly, and probably most telling, even if you believe she didn't write it herself, why would Conway have to find out about the letter from Mark NeJame???? IMO, CA didn't tell BC because she KNEW he would be irate and not allow them to do that.

I think CA knew exactly what she was doing and didn't give a damn if Conway liked it or not. She thinks she knows everything about everything.

No, not attorney client privilege. He works for Andrea Lyon who was representing Casey at the time. There is a work/clause that was discussed about Dominic Casey when LE wanted info from him that he wanted to hide behind. They were only allowed to ask about things after he was no longer employed by Casey/Baez. Work product or whatever it's called.

OMG Sleuther, if he is who I think he is, I do recall his photo and bio being on Jose's website, but when one would call to inquire about him the receptionist answered that no one by that name worked there. Next thing you know, just like magic....poof the guy's photo and bio disappeared off of the Baez law firm website, (if I am remembering the correct man, he was in production/media too). I think Jose has a very poor understanding of exactly who he can umbrella as working with him or having an agency relationship with his law firm, a VERY poor understanding. Remember when he thought that included any, private investigators, body guards and or bail bondsmen?

There was a list of things Baez took from the house, to allegedly do their own DNA testing. :floorlaugh:
They had an absolute duty to disclose that to the state so that the state would have an opportunity to object to it before they did any testing that would forever change the items. In the words of Jeff Ashton, "This feigning of ignorance is getting old". So since he had all of these, what more did he want Brad to snag?

My question is...Baez REPEATEDLY asked BC for information and stood up in court and lied to the court...if Baez is disbarred...what happens then? AF is the only one on board.

They have Mason, Finnell, Clay-Sims. If they were unable to finish, she would get a court appointed lawyer, the trial would be delayed, IMO.

Let me find that for you, it was hysterical!!! The state can serve Mort with a State Investigative subpoena and compel his answers to any questions about illegal activities. If he doesn't think so, he can call up Dom.

Yes, the state may have asked for part of his LE interview to be sealed, the part that inspired the bar complaints made against Baez, it was...temporarily, iirc. However, the defense fought hard for Dom not to have to give sworn testimony, and so did Dominic's lawyer, Ms. Tennis.

Thanks, I saw that hearing. I thought he was prohibited to talk about anything during the time he was hired by Casey. Baez wanted to claim privilege for the time he was no longer working for him and Casey in addition to that? No? I'm so confused. I watch all the hearings, honest. :innocent:

Oon April 20 2009 JB wrote him a second email because he had ignored the first, again asking him to get items from GA and CA, that they had an urgent need for. He said that it was shortly after April 20 that JB first asked him to actually call LB. I was looking for CAs email to MN to reread and found this:

But this involves nothing that KC told him and it is not about KC directly. It's about tampering with evidence. It's about an attorney, BC, who claims there was nothing in the TES files related to LB. LB, and by her own admission, did not turn in her sheet. So how did those sheets turn up in TES records? When defense went to check on the files for TES the first time and stormed out because they were restricted (could do nothing but look and tab and were strickly monitored) they then went to the judge who lifted the restrictions on them. They were able to bring in pads, pens, papers and to take notes. All of a sudden TES records include LB's paperwork. Now how did that happen when BC claims now that LB's paperwork was not there when he was asked by JB to check for him? CM was right there by JB's side when they went the last time to check those files. How did the paperwork suddenly appear for defense when no one else could find it prior? Then we have LB admitting in a taped investigative phone call that she did not turn the paperwork in as it had been in her truck.

My guess is that the last depo of LB is a bombshell. She is not about to go to jail for whomever set this up. This is why she had to get a criminal attorney and I bet she worked a deal with them.

Bet me, this is just tip of the iceberg. If they do a book on this trial and cover everyone who has lied it will be longer than "Gone With The Wind".

To JB: What were you thinking???? Wonder how many on the defense "dream team" asked him the same question?????
