Sounds like an admission that they fraudulently took funds to me.

How so? They didn't trick anyone into believing Caylee was alive and didn't know for sure themselves. Anyone who donated did so voluntarily KNOWING there was the possibility that Caylee was deceased.

A lot of things in this case have been disturbing to me, and I don't know what it is about this particular topic, if it is just one too many things, or what, but WTF????
Cindy has made it crystal clear for the last several months Caylee is alive, period, end of discussion. This tape comes to light, it is pretty obvious DC is not out there looking for a living child, and BC is just going to casually throw out there "DC was hired to look for Caylee, dead or alive." Oh, really? If so, does that not blow out of the water any 'denial' excuses about Cindy's behavior?
Is LE really going to let them get away with this? One day this was done because 100% Caylee is alive, another day that is done because she could be dead. I feel I have stepped so far out of the box regarding rational behavior I am now on another planet.

There are too many instances to list on how many times the A's stated vehemently that "Caylee was alive". They got furious with anyone who stated otherwise. The mall sighting was released after the tape was made. IIRC, the A camp, after the tape was made, said donations were needed to find "a live Caylee". Then you have Cindy running TES out of town. The list could end up being a long one.

It has officially been over a month since Caylee's remains were found, this baby neds to be put to rest. It's been over 3 weeks since the remains were released to the funeral home. The second autopsy has been done, JB and team will get the photos and xrays.

There is NO reason this baby girl should not be buried yet. This tape has no impact on her not being buried. I'm SICK and TIRED of the excuses.

As far as the tape, I can't see them claiming "work product" unless the A's knew they were there. And, if the A's DID indeed know they were there I want to know WHY and HOW. PERIOD.

Someone here suggested that the stake or prod might be a metal detector.

My dad has a medal detector that looks very much like what he was using. It is very small, and has a yellow plastic end to it where the batteries go. When it comes across something medal, it makes a pinging noise and a light flashes green on it.
When I first seen it, that is exactly what I thought, was that it was a medal detector.

Most of the rest of the site got an overhaul, but this is still there:

'All funds donated to the trust fund will go directly towards funding the efforts in finding Caylee. Funds are currently being used to pay for fliers, t-shirts, water for volunteers, etc.'

That bothers me. (Well, it more than bothers me, but...)

I think that is the intention of BC butting in. However, I think it does the exact opposite. It brings even MORE attention to the fact that the A's had some involvement. I don't think they knew anything about it BUT the way BC is carrying on you'd think it was all planned that way.

I so agree with you! There is no need to allow this baby to remain unburied any longer. The ME said they couldn't determine a cause of death but would revisit the cause of death at a later time if need be, however they did not hold the remains until the tox reports were in, so why does the defense think they need to do it?
It continues to show to me that it doesn't matter to them what so ever. As long as Casey has some sort of excuse built around her who cares if the bones are not buried?:furious:

I have to agree with this. IMO, anyone (insert your own adverb here) enough to donate money to the find Caylee alive fund after the results of finding decomp in the trunk of the car deserves to be ripped off, if that is indeed what happened.
It takes all kinds. Convicted serial killers get fan mail, including marriage proposals, money donations, etc. Casey herself recently got 2 $20 donations put in her commissary fund. It may be a lot of things, but it isn't illegal.
