Hoover claims that Casey Anthony knew Caylee was dead and the video shows that he was looking for the girl's remains. Casey Anthony has denied the claim, and the attorney representing her parents said the family feels betrayed by Hoover. (So, is Hoover claiming that someone passed this info to Dominic and Him from Casey? If that is so, who could that be? I doubt Casey wrote them a letter.)
The video apparently shows a large portion of the wooded area, including the location where Caylee's remains were found. (If it includes the location of where Caylee's remains were found, does it show if the remains were there and that is also very telling, they knew where to look, what they were looking for and also that they were in "Two Locations", a portion of a wooded area and the area the remains were found.)

It seems to me that DC didn't feel the need to share with the media and the public that he was talking to a psychic. I don't have a problem with that so long as he's being truthful with authorities. I wish everyone involved in this case would stop blabbing everything they know (or think they know) to every reporter they see.

There's an interesting "marker" that shows up in this video that I also noticed in the Gail (psychic) video. When Dom C comes out of the woods and is talking on the phone for a very brief flash, you can see what looks like a white conical object on a pole. It looks like it could be a public garbage bin. I noticed the exact same object in Gail's video when they moved further down beyond where Caylee was found. I'm trying to find an aerial view of the area to see where that object is...If anyone has one handy, could you please link it again!

Detectives from Orange County and the FBI are investigating the time and date stamps on the videotape and Dominic Casey's cell phone records as they strengthen their murder case against Casey Anthony.

"[It's] a big question and a big key to who killed this child," said Sheaffer. "Who was on the other end of that cell phone?"

Hoover said he has been cooperating with investigators since December 18 when he first realized that his videotapes had evidentiary value, but only allowed Eyewitness News to record portions of the video and didn't allow any recording of audio.

Not a big believer in psychics personally, but let me see if I have this straight:

Killer tells me where the body is, I send a PI "to go get her", and this makes me psychic? Excellent.

I wouldn't be so sure of that statement. The "trick" was to repeatedly plaster innocent children's faces all over the media to make people believe they had seen Caylee. Don't forget the one who went so far as to make up that Caylee actually gave her name at the airport!!!

Sad it is being used this way. Every high profile case of a missing child has reports internationally of live sightings. All/most error. But it still happens.

It shouldn't be in the least bit surprising...Remember when we were discussing the KFN and checking out their website, it said right on their website that they facilitated psychic searches (or something to that effect).

Another private investigator shot the video that shows Casey coming out of the woods on Nov. 15. Casey told WESH 2 reporter Bob Kealing previously that he was talking on the phone with his daughter.

But on Monday, two sources said Casey said he was talking with a psychic who was telling him where to search along Suburban Drive. Investigators are reviewing that assertion.

Ha.Ha...that is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time! Why would he speak to a psychic? Gimme a break!
Unless a ton of others came forward to say he spoke with them as well, I am not buying that a psychic led him there.
Casey drank the kool-aid, thats the only other explanation other than the truth!

Since when is it OK to lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, get caught in all the lies by your partner who turns over evidence to LE you are lying, then continue to believe that you have done nothing wrong and feel "betrayed"?! GMAB! It is NOT OK to lie.

But Eyewitness News uncovered video of Lee Anthony and Dominic Casey at the jail together right after Lee's sister Casey was arrested there.

So, Kathi Belich asked again."Is it Lee on the phone with Dominic Casey?" Belich asked Luka."As far as I know, as far as my client is concerned, it's not him on the phone on November 15th 2008," Luka said."

Could it be somebody who Lee spoke with who then went to Dominic Casey and provided information?" Belich asked."In the realm of speculation, it could've been anyone," Luka said.

Even though last week Eyewitness News heard that only Dominic Casey's colleague, private eye Jim Hoover who shot it, had a copy of the videotape at the scene where Caylee's remains were found almost a month later, Luka said he saw it last week and talked to Dominic Casey about it. Then he backtracked."How did you see it last week? Who showed it to you last week?" Belich asked Luka.

"Well, I take that back," Luka said. "I was not shown it. When it was on TV I saw it.""Well, it wasn't on TV until last night," Belich told Luka."

Well, I take that back. I did not see it. Did I see it? No, I did not see that video. I take that back. That was not the video I saw," he said.

Again, unless someone hears the Anthonys on the tape saying, "Dominic, Casey said the body is ___________", this tape is worthless. Now that's the reality of the situation. It is evidence of nothing, because NOTHING was found and even if the Anthonys were heard to say that very thing, it still proves NOTHING about the Anthonys. Obviously, the body was not disturbed, it was not moved and it was not removed.

There is no privilege between a PI and a client. There may be a confidentiary clause in the contract (oral or written) but there is nothing in the law that mandates confidentiality. A PI cannot hide evidence, it is called aiding and abetting. Remember the case in Fla., a few years back where the dentist ran over her husband several times? The PI who filmed that crime was required to turn that evidence over to LE. The PI was working at her behest and paid by her, but he was obligated by law to turn that evidence over to LE. Even if Clara Something owned the tape, which she did, it was subpoenaed by LE. Now if LE knew about this tape, which it obviously did long before any of us knew, they could have subpoenaed the tape immediately. The only thing they did was express an interest in it and walked away from the meeting No one's been charged with any crime whatsoever and the Anthonys have not made a penny on it.

Did LA attorney see the video tape or NOT? He was sure talking weird about whether he did or didn't!
