Do you not have a problem that DC has lied every step of the way about this?! I certainly do!! Yes...I do have the links to prove it!!! Should I go dig those up again?!

Since when is it OK to lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, get caught in all the lies by your partner who turns over evidence to LE you are lying, then continue to believe that you have done nothing wrong and feel "betrayed"?! GMAB! It is NOT OK to lie.

I don't feel that DC has "lie lie lie lie lie lie lied, etc" every step of the way. I'm more upset with Hoover for attempting to profit from this video tape of nothing.

Ok I don't have time to read 15 pages but I saw the video off of GR's show. Can someone answer how JH is in the way of the A's burying Caylee as BC states on GR? I don't get it.

What is clear to me is that KC is refusing to release Caylee's remains to the A's but as is their SOP they won't say the truth. They blame it on (fill in any name). SPIN-SPIN-SPIN. MOO

Again, unless someone hears the Anthonys on the tape saying, "Dominic, Casey said the body is ___________", this tape is worthless. Now that's the reality of the situation. It is evidence of nothing, because NOTHING was found and even if the Anthonys were heard to say that very thing, it still proves NOTHING about the Anthonys. Obviously, the body was not disturbed, it was not moved and it was not removed.

There is no privilege between a PI and a client. There may be a confidentiary clause in the contract (oral or written) but there is nothing in the law that mandates confidentiality. A PI cannot hide evidence, it is called aiding and abetting. Remember the case in Fla., a few years back where the dentist ran over her husband several times? The PI who filmed that crime was required to turn that evidence over to LE. The PI was working at her behest and paid by her, but he was obligated by law to turn that evidence over to LE. Even if Clara Something owned the tape, which she did, it was subpoenaed by LE. Now if LE knew about this tape, which it obviously did long before any of us knew, they could have subpoenaed the tape immediately. The only thing they did was express an interest in it and walked away from the meeting No one's been charged with any crime whatsoever and the Anthonys have not made a penny on it.

Luka said he saw it (video) last week and talked to Dominic Casey about it. Then he backtracked.

"How did you see it last week? Who showed it to you last week?" Belich asked Luka.

"Well, I take that back," Luka said. "I was not shown it. When it was on TV I saw it."

"Well, it wasn't on TV until last night," Belich told Luka.

So DC who has been searching for an Alive Caylee goes on his first search for a deceased CAYLEE, and that tip is from a pshyic. Hmmm guess he missed the other 700 pshyic tips that came in.

It makes sense in that it ties everything together and explains why he was there doing what he did. There is no proof that he was there on inside information or that anyone even had inside information to give him. It's not like he was the first person to be suspicious of this area.

Then DC said he was talking to his sick daughter, now today, it was a psychic.

I am angered about what Hoover tried to do as well, I personally find it sickening BUT, DC was there too AND he has lied repeatedly. They are both bottom feeders, IMO.

Dominic Casey says he is still actively searching for clues, just has he has been since days after Caylee's disappearance -- all pro bono. "We offered our services to the Anthonys and since then we have not taken one cent from them. It's not about the money. One's ability to pay should not deny the right to available resources, especially in the case of missing child."

Also, there is a reason he wanted it videoed..Certainly not for future reference, he more than likely was going to do the same thing that Hoover is doing.
