Lie #1: Dominic Casey also said that he and Hoover were following up on a tip one of Casey Anthony's childhood friends, Kiomarie Cruz, had given detectives.

Lie #2: Dominic Casey said the area was the only one he searched and photographed that was not connected to a possible live sighting of Caylee.

The information from KIO could have been a factor that caused him to take this psychic's tip more seriously.

I guess the A camp feels that working with a psychic is more acceptable than working with LE, the FBI and TES to bring this baby home.

IMO, no one was buying the Kio excuse, which wouldn't explain the phone calls, so they've pulled the psychic excuse out of the bag now.

I wonder what their next excuse will be when they realize LE can and will prove that as a lie. I bet LE is busy getting his phone records.

I haven't read all the posts in this thread so please forgive me if this has been brought up. This last part of this statement leaves it open to interpretation that Lee might have talked to DC on the phone on some other day. It just seems weird how he added the date like that.

Can anyone point to any proof that the Anthonys directed the PI to this site? Can anyone provide any proof that even if the PI was on the phone with any of the Anthonys that this is evidence that they KNEW she was dead? What possible difference does it make if he is on the phone with LA? He wasn't in the exact area because if he was in the exact area, he would have found the body.

Like everyone else who posts here, I would like something interesting to happen in this case, but this is a bunch of hooey about nothing. I can assure you, if the media had a tape of ANYONE finding the body or if this was the exact location, they would have gladly paid 200K for the tape.

Could it be somebody who Lee spoke with who then went to Dominic Casey and provided information?" Belich asked."In the realm of speculation, it could've been anyone," Luka said.

Even though last week Eyewitness News heard that only Dominic Casey's colleague, private eye Jim Hoover who shot it, had a copy of the videotape at the scene where Caylee's remains were found almost a month later, Luka said he saw it last week and talked to Dominic Casey about it. Then he backtracked."How did you see it last week? Who showed it to you last week?" Belich asked Luka.

"Well, I take that back," Luka said. "I was not shown it. When it was on TV I saw it.""Well, it wasn't on TV until last night," Belich told Luka."

Well, I take that back. I did not see it. Did I see it? No, I did not see that video. I take that back. That was not the video I saw," he said.

The A's didn't say this... DC did. He may be a lot of things but I hardly think he would be considered in the A's camp at the point he talked to LE about this tape.

The As effectively did say that....BC represents them and he said it. Also told Kathi B. that DC didn't need a lawyer, and she said "Really???"! Seems he did need one and BC was wrong!

No doubt! At first he acts as though he has never seen the video, though he is sure his client was not on the phone, because Lee has already told him he has never talked with Casey...until that is proven to be a falsehood, then it wasn't his client talking with Casey on Nov. 15, 2008.

I speculated it was Kronk, who might have been fed up with calls to LE and the crimeline. He now acknowledged he was in the area again in November but did not search. Did he direct?

If correct, he likely got fed up with the PI after calling the Anthony tipline because he couldn't find it either so he located it again in December and called himself,,,, err,, with supervisory help that is.

No kidding. And I also wonder if funds donated to search for Caylee were actually used to try to hide her instead. I sure hope that LE are busy getting ready to charge these people.

LE must be going absolutely nuts. I feel so bad for them. We all just read it and watch it and react to it and discuss it. It's their job - they *have* to - figure out this big heaping pile of a hot mess. God, the overtime those poor men and women must be putting in because of this circus full of low-lifes.

This video is proving to be SO much more than "NOTHING"!!! The defense obviously thinks it is more than "nothing" the way they keep tripping over themselves about it!

The next time someone says it is "nothing"...I think they need to take a step back to see the bigger picture here. The defense lawyers appear to be falling into an abyss they may not recover from easily.
