This video is proving to be SO much more than "NOTHING"!!! The defense obviously thinks it is more than "nothing" the way they keep tripping over themselves about it!

The next time someone says it is "nothing"...I think they need to take a step back to see the bigger picture here. The defense lawyers appear to be falling into an abyss they may not recover from easily.

What video? Oh, that one? There is nothing on the video that I did not ask Hoover to make. You see me on the phone saying "It would be there?" I was merely talking to my daughter who is ill while I poked around in the woods, dug with a shovel here and there, and paced out in the street. The A's say they know who was talking to me on the phone and told LE?. But, I ...nope. It was my daughter who is ill. No, wait, wait. Ummmm, I was talking to a psychic. Okay?

The information from KIO could have been a factor that caused him to take this psychic's tip more seriously.

He didn't say it was anything other than checking out KIO's statement. He claimed it was to go back to their "teen hangout" yada yada. Sounds like a bold faced lie to me!! Did Kio mention they put things in garbage bags near stones or near a building?! I don't recall her saying that in any of her statements we saw or heard.

1. JH never worked for me. JH did work for me.
2. I told JH inappropriate to video. I told JH to video.
3. I was looking for beer bottles. I was looking for a body.
4. I was talking to my daughter. I was taking to a psychic.
5. I am truthful and will sue JH for lying.

I hear ya. But I do think its relevant to the validity of the tape. If we can establish that there are parts of the tape that are no where near the dump site then it opens up another topic of "why they released a purposely phoney tape"

Like everyone else who posts here, I would like something interesting to happen in this case, but this is a bunch of hooey about nothing. I can assure you, if the media had a tape of ANYONE finding the body or if this was the exact location, they would have gladly paid 200K for the tape.

Not yet, however no one has proven that they didn't either.. I'll keep an open mind on this one, but actions are speaking louder than words. JMHO. It is 10 minute We haven't seen the whole tape, my understanding is thats long.

Let's see...his reaction was to run to file a motion to get a "Master" in place before an interview could happen with DC, IIRC.

The defense wants to intervene, because Dominic Casey used to work for the defense and attorney Jose Baez doesn't want him to divulge privileged information.

Baez said investigators won't let him sit in on the questioning, so he's asking the judge to appoint a special master to protect defense secrets if the private eye agrees to talk.

Being there and not finding the body does not equate to it not being there. It just as easily equates to the searcher not finding what they are looking for.

Just out of curiousity if you loved one was murdered and no one could locate the body for months and then you find out that the PI that worked for the defense attorney of the accused, who met face to face with the accused, was at the location, within feet of the body over a month before your loved one was discovered would you still feel that tape didn't mean a thing? Especially if an attempt was made to hide the tape? And the PI is searching in a way that would destroy evidence if he was more tenacious in his search. The tape is hardly nothing.

That's all different reports of the same thing, released right after news of the video came out. I don't see Baez "tripping all over himself" about this.

Detectives from Orange County and the FBI are investigating the time and date stamps on the videotape and Dominic Casey's cell phone records as they strengthen their murder case against Casey Anthony.

"[It's] a big question and a big key to who killed this child," said Sheaffer. "Who was on the other end of that cell phone?"

Hoover said he has been cooperating with investigators since December 18 when he first realized that his videotapes had evidentiary value, but only allowed Eyewitness News to record portions of the video and didn't allow any recording of audio.

I hope he said the Psychic's name a time or two and it matches the phone records! If not...he is in even deeper with LE! Something must be on that audio!!!

My guess is that we will find out that he phoned one of the As or JB....and the next thing they will say is the psychic used that phone. The person who will claim to have been the psychic with the vision will be someone associated with KFN or the As.

Exactly how has the defense been tripping over this tape? It makes NO difference if they saw the tape the same day it was taken, or the next day or the day after that, or if they watched it every single on a 24 hour loop. Unless they have direct evidence that Casey Anthony led them to the exact spot where the body was found, the tape is meaningless as proof or evidence of anything.

So what if it was Lee Anthony on the phone? Obviously, the tape doesn't show the PI finding a body. All that tape proves is that he was on the phone with someone, he could claim that if it was LA, they were talking about football and there is NOTHING on that tape to contradict that.

What surprises me is why anyone would let a sleazebag like Hoover pull the wool over her eyes. This tape is worthless as evidence.

You know, it is possible that the Anthonys received a tip from a psychic, had a hunch from speaking to Casey or received info from one of Casey's friends. Cindy Anthony said that until she was given uncontravertible proof that her granddaughter was dead, she would continue to believe her alive. Now what is wrong with that? If it was my granddaughter or my any of my children, I would have trouble believing that he/she was dead until I saw the body and I would not believe myself that any of my children could commit a crime like this. Why shouldn't the Anthonys support and defend their daughter? I would support and defend my children, wouldn't you?

I did read a few psychic 'tips' on one of the other forums that were talking about white cinder block buildings, flowers and bodies of water. Maybe it was one of these descriptions that led him to that building.

GMAB! People just aren't buying it anymore!!! Nothing from the A fam camp is forthcoming or truthful, imo. I think people are finally realizing what they are all about!
