Neither would I. No one should lie. I'll never understand why people assume, like it's some kind of natural law, that of course you'd LIE for someone you love. It's the weirdest thing and sometimes I think they're being disengenuous when they say that! I don't know.

People don't know it's not ethical to lie??? What planet, what society are we living in?

You can separate loving from lying. You can love and still tell the truth. I don't think it gets any clearer than that!

Not Bev but I just wanted to say I agree with you. If my child was a 22yo adult knowing perfectly well what they did was wrong, I could not defend them. That doesnt mean I dont still love them. I just couldnt/wouldnt go to the lengths that the A's have to defend my child. JMO

Thanks! That's exactly what I was trying to say. Also, Bev, you say there is "nothing on the tape". "Nothing" would be blankness, no image at all. There are certainly plenty of images on this tape and they are all very disturbing considering what we know about this case.

They don't have time to explain it now because they are too busy trying to profit from this....for those who haven't seen it, the As are trying to sell more t-shirts and bracelets today and want money sent to the Help Find Caylee Fund care of their home address. Disgusting.

Casey did not know she would have 31 days. She was worried about getting caught at the time....she hid stuff fast. She was not thinking about anything but getting rid of things quickly. IMO The house was familiar to her. Probably hung out there before and knew she would not get caught being there. Safer than trying to throw something in a dumpster was what she was thinking. I bet that the house is so close to the A's it pings off the same tower.....could even be the murder scene.

I thought about that too! And if it wasn't for some alleged "home computer" activity in the alleged time frame of Caylee's death, I'd think it could be the place she was at after the alleged Father's Day fight. Maybe she used this area as a place to wait and chill when she "pretended" to go to work and until GA left for the day (each day).

It seems to me that KC was in control of when, or if, Caylee would be declared officially missing. It was the stinky car discovery that took that control away from her. Even then she wanted to maintain that Caylee was alive. Cindy forced the issue by calling 911. It was only then that Caylee was regarded as truly missing. It was only then that child's clothing in a dumpster would be considered suspicious. But of course at that time, clothing would have been deep in a landfill.

I think that she expected things would start happening when they discovered the abandoned smelly car at Amscott. I doubt she thought she had as long as she had....in fact she only had that long, because the tow yard waited two weeks, then public holidays etc. I doubt she knew it would take that long.

It makes sense to me that they would want to wait til the crowds quietened down around their neighborhood or someone would have seen them go in those bushes.

Here is what I am interested in. In Geraldo's first show he said that he had a copy of the video from JH but couldn't show it because JH wanted too much for it. The following discussion appeared to be from a very edited version of the video, that seems to follow the defense version. Very different from the actual video. And who was involved in the discussion on that video? BC.

Now they are saying the A's gave Geraldo the video to show, so that no money could be exchanged for it. So they had a copy of the video. Did they edit it and give the edited copy to Geraldo for the show? How did JH's name and the story that he was trying to sell it for too much money come into it? Did the A's get money for the video from Geraldo? Did Geraldo make a deal with the A's to help publicize the info the defense wanted to get out? And is the story that JH was trying to sell the video for too much money the truth?

If JH really didn't give that tape to Geraldo, I hope he sues the pants off of him. Geraldo saying that JH was trying to sell the video and wanted too much money for it could potentially affect and harm JH's business as a PI.

I think LE is ready to divulge his phone records and this is a preemptive strike?
I will wait to read or see it reported by LE before I believe anything those PI's have to say.
