tawni's memorial

I was just wondering, as someone who looked to give her her name back, will there be any kind of memorial for tawni's birthday? I've been independently looking for her for a long while now, and have always wanted to go to her milepost or wherever she is and talk to her about how much she means to me even though I've never met her. Please let me know if a memorial is happening and if the public can go celebrate her life.
