thanks! the term "team" apparently has different meanings to different people...never thought it would be taken as an insult or that it would be offensive to anyone.

for sure did not mean to offend any one....just my very humble feelings, emotions and opinions on this case. forgive me if I have offended.

I didn't think you intended to offend. :blowkiss:

i know what you mean and i say this with all due respect but the team thing makes it sound like this is a big game, which it is not.

we're all adults so why not just call them by their proper names?

that's all i'm going to say. :)

Uhm. YES.

I had to vote "disagree" on this one. When I saw the poll, it made me so sad for Caylee, to think that she has to be on a team against her own mother. This is a fight for justice for Caylee. How about Team Justice and Team Casey.

I agree with you completely.
This little one is the victim here. The wheels of justice are now working for her. Let her rest in peace. If you feel you need to express feelings for her, for goodness sake, make a donation to charity in her name. Please don't attach her name to a group of lawyers that have a dirty job to do.

It's putting Casey in jail vs. letting her go free.

Caylee is not involved. She is already dead. She can't 'win'. Let her rest in peace.

Great point, Patty!
I will for, just to make a statement, will be referring to team Caylee and team KC. anyone defending KC is on KC's team and not Caylee's (JMO!)

Sorry, but I think this is completely incorrect. Casey has not yet been proven guilty. Maybe Caylee's killer is someone else & still out there. It is not mother against daughter. It is finding true justice. If Casey is the murder, then I hope justice is served.

Remember that many people have put on death row & then deemed innocent.

I respect your commitment to Caylee and your zeal for Casey to put behind jars, but jumping to conclusions ala Nancy Grace just looks immature. It's also disrespectful to Caylee.

Caylee deserves justice, not a mob mentality assumption.

did not report her 2 yr old sweet little girl missing for 31 days!
there is no one else out there. no one else put a dead body in KC's car. no one else searched chloroform, no else partied while her daughter was missing...etc,etc, etc....(putting a hand over my mouth at this point)

... it may be true in a court of law that she is innocent until proven guilty but not in the court of public opinion... just like OJ she may be proven "not guilty" but that will not mean she is innocent. In my opinion she is 100% guilty in so many levels regardless of what the jury finds...but let me contain myself or I could get banned.
Honestly, I don't know what to say to you.

I'm aware of the facts of the case. Like I said, Caylee deserves justice, not a mob mentality conviction. The 'public' is not always right.

I agree the public is not always right. However, in this case, the public, IMO, is right. Justice for Caylee = KC in jail for life (i don't believe in the death penalty).

What John Q. Public knows means absolutely nothing. Its the judge, the jury and what the lawyers present. Thats the American way. :)

I prefer the DEFENSE and PROSECUTION that is the correct term, that is what they are. We are all adults and I believe we should act like adults. We should at this point show respect to WS, Caylee, and all others involved. Thanks to Tricia, JBean, Windchime. JMO

Thank-You ZK. When discussing crime cases, I have always used the terms Defense/Prosecution/pros or State. I see no reason to change that now.
