And she would be supervised by a 17 year old that knows as much as my Pomeranian about child care? She needs her Mama and her brother and all the love her extended family could give. I watched a video posted on another thread and in that video Crystal states that Haleigh was missing once before, RC was outside with Haleigh while the 4 of them were at TN's house on the canal. I have heard this story about Haleigh almost drowning before but I had always thought that they were at their own home and Haleigh had wandered down to the water. My question is this......were they are TN's when this incident happened and does TN still live at the canal.....the same place as when this incident happened?

Yes I would like to see her home with her Dad. How do you know Misty's child care skills? Pretty sure I have read she has been taking care of children for a couple years, babysitting several people's children iirc.

"with her Dad." "with her Mother." I see these comments repeatedly. Shouldn't it be simply stated "with her family" and leave the forum bias out of it? She should be home "WITH HER FAMILY" and not wherever she is.

Flossie, I don't know Misty personally and I stated those were opinions which I based on real life experience. Someone babysitting at 17 does not an expert make them. But this is a petty disagreement, everyone who is reading, understanding this whole situation has their own opinion of where Haleigh should be. Mine is with her mother, and I stand by that opinion.

IIRC...it was the house on Shoreline in Satsuma which backs up to the canal is where Haleigh almost drowned. Wasn't that where TN lived when she was married? I know it is one of the places RC gave as he lived when he filed for custody.

Still trying to track that Pomona Park MH....no luck...
Where is that place...Was the MH moved? Shows blank lot...no tax records...so far. All MH on street show up but her number....???

So when TN lived on Shoreline, RC lived in that MH in PP, correct?
When RC moved all around in Satsuma, TN was living in the same MH that RC lived in when he was in Pomona Park?? Yet all during this time she was working out of Gainsville??

Something is strange about the Pomona Park address and the living arrangements going back and forth.

Didn't RC live there with Crystal at one time? Or was it the other girlfriend?

I wish I lived there, I'd look this up. I bet some of our super sleuthers can get this straightened out quickly. It was mentioned somebody had seen some court papers going back a few years? That link may clear this up.
