I am still trying to figure out where TN has been during these two past incidents........

TN must be quiet for a reason. I don't think she lives locally but that is my opinion. The last address on rfecord does not indicate she lives nearby....thus the questioning by me.

I wish I lived there, I'd look this up. I bet some of our super sleuthers can get this straightened out quickly. It was mentioned somebody had seen some court papers going back a few years? That link may clear this up.

I know what you are feeling! Everytime I get a question in my mind about where all this is taking place I just want to hop in my car and check it out for myself.

Well I would bet TN will show up for the balloon release and who knows, maybe you will get some answers as to where she is or has been.

As for TN, Her cry for Haleigh was so heart wrenching. I don't know how it feels to actually lose a child but know what it's like to almost lose a child and her tears were blood tears. What I mean by that is that they were from a broken heart that can not be mended and I have always wondered what she may of known because out off all of them she has been the one with the blood tears. I don't think she has anything to do with what may of happen to Haleigh, but feel she must know something very heart breaking. When I see her plea for Haleigh I break down and cry to...because they are real tears. JMO

I watched a video posted on another thread and in that video Crystal states that Haleigh was missing once before, RC was outside with Haleigh while the 4 of them were at TN's house on the canal. I have heard this story about Haleigh almost drowning before but I had always thought that they were at their own home and Haleigh had wandered down to the water. My question is this......were they are TN's when this incident happened and does TN still live at the canal.....the same place as when this incident happened?

I'll have to find the documentation for this, it may be court documents, I'm not 100%.

Crystal was outside with the children putting them in the car. Ron was in the house. Crystal was strapping Junior into the car seat. Crystal allegedly yelled into the house for Ron to watch HaLeigh. That is when HaLeigh supposedly wandered to the water.

How that makes RON responsible for HaLeigh ending up in the water is beyond my comprehension? How did Crystal know Ron heard her? He was in the house.

Also, HaLeigh was never even taken for medical treatment after that incident, IIRC.

Again, I'd have to find where this information stems from, and I need to run to an appointment now, but this came out early in the case. So, I have no link (at present), perhaps someone else has one handy before I come back.

To be clear in the video that I watched Crystal was not blaming Ronald for that incident she was just re-telling what happened for the person doing the interview. She stated she was going back into the house to get the diaper bag and when she came out she saw Haleigh in the water. She never said it was anyone's fault.

We was at his mother's old house and she lived on the canal and we were getting ready to leave. I put the baby in the car, which is Junior, and I told Ronald to go get Haleigh and I was going inside to get the baby's bag and all the baby's stuff together. And when I come out to the car, I asked Ronald where Haleigh was and he cursed at me and I ran straight down to the canal. And that's where she was, face down in the water. I jumped in and got her and put her on the dock and..

At this point, the reporter interrupts and changes subject to prior custody issues.

So...

1. Sounds more to me as if they were visiting TN than living there - but it's not 100% clear, IMO.

2. IMO, Ron was outside. Crystal put Jr in the car and then she re-entered the house.

I have never read this is a public release. From everything I have read, the family is asking everyone to release ballooons wherever they are and share his or her own photographs which will then be uploaded onto their website.
