IMO, LE became concerned when Teresa hired MN and realized she could release inside information she has gained during this case to the media...and it is why they chose to do a press release touting all the work they have done to date and again went after Misty, imo. Maybe it is time Teresa and MN put it all out on the table and let the chips fall about what has really been happening behind the scenes, imo. Why bother to protect the "integrity" of an investigation when it has done nothing to bring Haleigh home and has only served to destroy people's lives?

I agree, I think PCSO was thoroughly PO'd about Tim announcing he was coming back and Mark being brought in and that's why that press release came out. I mean we haven't heard squat from them about the case in months and they chose Haleigh's birthday to come out with a press release.

IF we were/are to assume that your post (above) is correct, IMO, it would be equivilent of saying (without saying . . . ) that this is a LE VS. The Cummings family situation when in fact it should be NOTHING but Haleigh is missing AND LE is seeking to find her & the truth behind her disappearance. IMO, LE has done nothing to deserve being placed in this light by the Cummings family or anyone else for that matter and to do so, IMO, only makes the Cumming's family appear more suspicous of wrong-doing . . . JMO

If enough is enough Busy and the Cummings are speaking out...I suggest the best thing to do would be to get their happy behinds over to LE and tell the truth. Mrs. Ronald Cummings with the help of the rest of the clan is stopping up the works and preventing HaLeigh from being found. Enough really IS enough and it's past time for them to stop the madness. If she was home and asleep she does not know and if she had a guest she should admit that but you can lead a horse to water but you can not make them drink.
Maybe they are trying to keep on her half way good side and hope to goodness she will talk. She has an attorney now. If they wanted her bad enough (LE) they would be showing up on her doorstep and telling her to call her attorney because they were taking her to the station.
She may be ,and I am sure she is, the key to the time line but that does not necessarily mean she did anything herself to HaLeigh

BBM.. Personally, I have never believed she, herself, did anything to harm Haleigh, but I do believe she is covering for the person who did..
IMHO...She really needs to give it up, and reveal what she knows concerning what happened to Haleigh and reveal who all is involved in fabricating the abduction story in order to cover Ron C's rear end..JMO

As much as I would love to explain it in great detail here of why I believe it has been LE vs The Cummings Family, we aren't allowed. However, I can say that it is my opinion this has been a very slanted investigation and it never should have been that way, imo. Haleigh is the one who got lost in the shuffle.

Now that MN and TM are in the mix, this case can begin to move forward in a renewed effort to find Haleigh. The searches will start again and her face will be kept in front of the public. It is wonderful the Cummings family will be able to know they are actually doing something to bring Haleigh home instead of waiting for phone calls that never come and press conferences that never happen.

BBM. Maybe you can't make a horse drink but you can certainly stop mollycoddling someone who very possibly has information about your missing child/grandchild. IF the Cummings family REALLY wanted the truth (although they all say they never ask), they could refuse to feed her, shun her, interrogate her - oh, there are a million ways.

But, since they aren't obviously doing any of those things, one needs to wonder if they don't WANT to know the truth or if they ALREADY know it and don't want it bandied about.

If talking heads continue to ask TN why Misty isn't talking, I imagine she will shy away from TV for awhile. TN sorta loses spark and it all goes downhill when inquiring minds want to know about her DIL. Since the spokesperson for the family finds this question annoying, her attorney may have to fill in for her but I don't think he likes going there either.

This may wind up as a point of contention between TN and MN.

I would recommend not providing food, shelter, emotional support and bedding the person that is holding up the investigation into finding their daughter, grandchild and great grandchild. I can assure you that were this my daughter...the horse would be led and start drinking or be inhaling that water. No way would I feed, clothe, support and sleep with her. Who paid for her attorney? Anyone know?

Cobra said many mistruths today. He also said he didn't say he thought Teresa took him to the woods to kill him, but he did on video.I am not going to repeat the rest of the crap he said because it is lies, rumors and innuendo and he doesn't have a clue what is really going on down there and he was there 3 months.

She is desperate to bring Haleigh home and find out what happened to her. So what if she says nice things about Misty and dupes her? Catch more flies with honey. She would get nowhere with Misty if she said maybe what she really thought!
