I don't know if the baby is RC or not. But he is listed on the BC. Also the reason Mary don't ask for support is cause she has custody of J and if she asked for Child Support RC and AB would have to pay not just RC. AB don't work and I really don't think grandma would go after her. I remember reading one of AH articles where Mary get SS for J.

If what you say is true and there is indeed a father listed on the birth certificate that would answer all of my questions, could you please refer me to where you saw that? Thank you very much.

You can see it threw many genealogy sites. Paid sites!I seen it at the very begining of this case. Not the BC but from a index.

J has the same middle and last name of RC and RC is listed. Many people saw it. If you got back to the begining of this case and look under my name and/or Busylady you will see. We both posted about it.

Havn't looked at it in many months now. So I can't recall what site I did find it on but it's there.

This is the first I have heard of this? Do we have a copy of little J's birth certificate? (ETA: I hope not.) From what you posted I can understand GGM not going for support but why didn't Amber? Things must be different in NC, my friend had a child by a man she was not married to and they would not put his name on the BC unless he came to the hospital with a photo ID and HIS BC.

I don't know why Amber didn't. As for BC I don't have a copy but was listed in a Genealogy datebase index. Back in the begining both Busy and I posted about it. I can't remember the site but I'll look around and see if I can find it again

Are you saying that you paid to look up the genealogical information for this child and you found proof that Ronald Cummings is listed as the father? Thank you I will check all of your posts for that info now, that would be a bombshell.

I didn't just pay to look I am a member of many sites. I do genealogy. I didn't just pay for it cause of that I was already a member!

ETA just because it list him as the father don't mean it's true. No DNA testing has been done that I know of

Indiana did you say back at the very beginning of the case as in February? For some reason it is only going back as far as the posts that you made in June, am I doing this right?...lol.

I clicked on your name and it only goes back to June, I think. Unless I am doing it wrong, I haven't used this feature here before so maybe someone could explain.

I don't think it is any bombshell, RC has said as much. He lived with her, and his name apparently is on the birth cert. This has been stated before...no surprise here! No shock...just rc and his MO.

Interesting post here about how if you get any help in Fl. you have to give a name for paternity testing and if it's not a match you have to keep giving up names. So, imo, GGM must not be getting any state help for the baby, or if they are getting help, paternity has been established and it wasn't RC.

Perhaps the answer is as simple as Amber not knowing for sure who the father is and there is a chance more than one man could be the father? It truly is difficult to say, caring for a child is a full time job and even more-so for a child with special needs. If none of them know for sure who the father is then I would hope that Amber's grandmother would get on the ball and get ordered support for this precious child that didn't ask to be brought in the world.

I just went and looked at Putnam Civil Dockets RC has made no claim to AB for DNA testing. So if AB didn't show up in court it was not Putnam County

ETA Sorry Mods just seen I wasn't on the RC thread. Was just reading and reply sorry

Thank you for checking that out Indiana! I don't know why cajun would have posted what she did and then never come back with confirmation or to correct her posts otherwise. As I've said before I truly believe that the fact that Ron has not stepped up to prove or disprove whether baby J is his or not speaks VOLUMES towards his character or lack thereof. Poor baby J, seemingly tossed aside by both parents and he never asked to be here in the first place. It's just inexcusable on both their parts! jmho as usual...

I'll bet you are right. The grandmother would be foolish to try and get child support if she's getting SSI and the full medical coverage the child needs. SSI is more than any child support check and much more reliable. They're probably all doing what's best for the childs disability and for the Grandmother. Sad as it is that yet another grandmother has to give up her older age and taking it easy.

Is there a link somewhere to this information you speak of Cajun? (RC present but Amber a no-show for DNA testing...) I'd love to see/read! TIA

Cajun,
You can not state something as fact without a link. You know that we have never heard this information. Where did you?

I see you are back Cajun, did you find that link for us?

Aww, I'm flattered that you quoted me, cajun. [sincere, btw.]

But....

Would y'all mind if we discussed Ms. Neves on this thread? thx

Does TN have a pending or settled personal injury or workers' comp lawsuit?

[Do I need a link to ask a question?]
