Teresa N., Haleigh's paternal grandmother

I think the reason TN is being looked into is because, as LE has stated, NO ONE has been ruled out. She's probably the last person on my list of POI's, but she's there. She should be checked out. With her LE background, she may have had advice on how to cover something up. I honestly don't think she was involved, but we know it's possible. I guess the one thing that pokes at me in regards to TN is how RC always got off easy when he was caught by police. I'm not sure where the link to his record is, but he had a pretty lengthy one and everything was either dropped or he was just slapped on the hand. I would think TN had something to do with that. Makes you wonder what else she would protect RC from . . . .
If you will look at a few of the inmates and their records here: http://public.pcso.us/jail/booking.aspx
then you can see Teresa probably had nothing to do with Ronald's records being dismissed or him otherwise being "slapped on the hand". It is a standard practice in Putnum County. It appears their "Catch and Release" program goes right along with drugs as well as fishing in that county. She didn't need to protect him and IMO did nothing to insure he did not serve jail time for those charges. It was up to the prosecution and the judges who appear to be lax across the board.

I'm too familiar with the grieving process. I have lost two grandchildren. I'm saying that her shock and grief were different that day, almost as if she had just learned of Haleigh's fate. I got goosebumps when I watched her. She was literally torn apart. I don't know why you made a statement about taking away Teresa's Oscar, totally uncalled for. I'm making a statement about her grief. At no time have I ever made a comment that she was not grieving for Haleigh.

I do feel that she knows things about Ron that are not good and she is his mother. That in no way takes away from her love for Haleigh and I don't appreciate your comment but you are free to say what you feel.
I am very sorry for your loss.

I misunderstood your earlier post and this was addressed by Bern. I apologized for the misunderstanding and I was making a joke about what I had written before. Again, I will say I am sorry I misunderstood what you said in your post as I thought you said Teresa had been putting on an act.

I find it interesting, too. Teresa immediately rushing to the scene where her granddaughter was last seen is of great interest.

To me, it is a positive reaction on her part. It tells me that she was going to be there to look for Haleigh no matter the distance or the time of night. It was no joke for her to hear that Haleigh was missing.

Her reaction time is awfully quick for a woman who cannot fly.

So you don't think she was called till after the 911 tape?

If so, nope, it would not be possible to get dressed, get some clothes...Ron looked clean and was wearing a nautica type shirt for the media...I am sure this wasn't his work clothes.

She rode with Grandma? maybe? And the second she arrived, she called crystal...even before the situation was assessed. Maybe some would say how thoughful that was...not me. I would have waited to see what turned up...given the LE had just arrived. I still don't think they should have let her enter the crime scene....but since RC wasn't talking to LE, maybe they thought, "why not?"

My senses say she was notified before any 911 call was placed.

For me to make it in that time...LE would have seen a naked woman.
Tn, maybe she has different powers than I...IDK.

I can't fly technically, but I probably could have made it to that house faster than she did. She had sufficient time to throw on some clothes and drive like a bat out of hell. They would have been lucky if I stopped to even put on clothes.

I think it is fascinating people want to judge her on her quick response! LOL She did what most of us determined we would have done which is to get there A.S.A.P. come hell or high water.

I am sorry. I must have missed the photos of Ronald taken immediately after Haleigh went missing in the middle of the night. Do you have a link, please?

I do think it was very thoughtful of Teresa to call Crystal.

No one has said that Ronald wasn't talking to LE!! GMAB! As a matter of fact, LE said he did cooperate.

And that is based on driving normal speeds. It could easily be cut in half driving twice the speed. Yes?!

We still do not have confirmation on the exact residence TN was staying at the night that the crime allegedly took place. I'll reserve my judgement until I see more info. It is prudent to investigate time and distance relative to TN as it is for Crystal, don't you think??????????????????????

No, I don't actually. Teresa arrived after Haleigh went missing. She arrived soon after she was contacted, imo. It is quite a huge difference in the time it took Crystal to even inquire about Haleigh and the circumstances after she was contacted which does appear to be very suspicious. Apples and oranges.

Teresa did what any loving grandmother would do, imo. She went directly to the scene to find Haleigh and asked questions later. She didn't sit at home and wait on someone to call back hours later to fill her in. She didn't wait on LE to try to find her first. She bolted and ran out of the door with the only thought on her mind being Haleigh is missing and she needed to get there.

SS...The information is on the report regarding RC. He was of no use to LE when they arrived. Do you see any information he gave them in that report? LE stated he could not answer, he stayed in driveway, too emotionally overcome to deal with the LE. He let MC do the work...he said nothing,...but pressed on about firing a gun through the police car window.

I think it would help if you review the report. He was not able to cooperate when they arrived.

The police report indicates her address, the police report indicates she arrived after they arrived, which would be an arrival time between 3:40 and 3:49 as we know she was there at 3:49. These are facts. We know Crystal was in Baker County based on police report, based on media reports, based on Crystals statement. We know Crystal arrived mid-morning based on media reports that were on air at 11:30 am and Crystal had not arrived per their reporting. So I guess the question is why did it take Teresa between 10-19 minutes to arrive based on living approximately 10 miles away and why did it take Crystal 6-7 hours to arrive based on living approximately 80 miles away based on expedia maps.

Ronald being distraught is not the same as not talking to LE.

IDK but we could have the Cummings check to see if they have any cdocuments they would like released relating to it. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? It would be good to know if they have some clear documentation about the confusion regarding TN's addresses listed on her professional licenses and her address given to LE at the scene. Does anyone know if the Cummings family would like to release info regarding this?

As far as Crystal and her trip...we could ask KP. Her number is listed all over the net.

I did not appreciate the remarks TN and Misty made regarding the mother of Haleigh. how dare MC talk like that about the children and Misty being a better mother. She also spoke of Haleigh in the past tense.

If TN were smart, she would have praised the mother of Haleigh and be a little suspicious of Misty. She went in full protective mode of Misty....makes you wonder!

I would suspect if this situation happened to anyone of this board, they would not be praising the teen, but would want answers....and not accept what she says at face value. Her grandaughter is missing and she is singing praises to the one who lost her.

In my opinion threatening to shoot into a LE vehicle does not equate with cooperation. I could check with LE, but I am thinking they would say the same.

Do you happen to have a little linky link to the first time on the clock that Crystal inquired about her child? I was not aware that you were there. Got a link to where TN indicated what her thoughts were?

If . you configure the 911 call lasting at least 5 minutes, that doesn't leave much wiggle room to make that drive and be there by 3:49.

Pretty obvious, she was called earlier. Ron who was too upset to talk to LE, was able to tell mommy all about it. She sure did get there quickly....she had to talk to LE for her son who was not able. He let a teenager speak for him till him mother arrived then she could take over. He knew she was coming so he stayed in the driveway till she got there to make it all better. He is immature and emotionally crippled. No matter how bad things are for you, you should be able to assist LE when your child's life is at stake.

MG and Crystal both trashed RC in the national media, as well as doing some of this trashing in front of RJ. Yet people are upset that TN did not sing praises of Crystal after that? She is human, her granddaughter is missing and the mother of her granddaughter accused her son of abusing her grandchildren, of being a drug addict, a drug dealer, of abusing woman, of not having anything to do with his children, and put her grandson on national TV. I would not expect her to make statements that Crystal was a wonderful mom and person after all that.

I did not appreciate the remarks TN and Misty made regarding the mother of Haleigh. how dare MC talk like that about the children and Misty being a better mother. She also spoke of Haleigh in the past tense.
