I’ve reached a point where I believe that Whisperer’s dogged pursuit of TN’s actual residence has considerable merit and importance in this case. Several aspects of TN’s statements and actions on February 9th and/or 10th last year have bothered me since, but recent information has sealed the deal for me of believing her actual residence being on Rita Lane was a....oh yea, UNTRUE statement.

For one thing, take a look at the picture link that’s posted of the apartment she’s being evicted from versus the residence on Rita. Which one seems to be more oriented towards creature comforts? The complex in Fruitland looks like a nice place to live.

We’ve recently learned that Misty called TN not wanting to babysit that evening and TN offered to pay her. Why? It seems reasonable to me that distance could have easily played a role in the offer.

Early on TN said she “sent a relative” over to the trailer to check on the children. Once again, distance could easily play a role in “sending” a relative versus going herself.

I have tried to look at TN’s actions that night from the standpoint of what would I do under similar circumstances? For example, with every fiber of my being I can assure you that if I, God forbid, ever got a call that one of my babies was missing, you’re gonna get me in a “come as you are” state of dress (or undress as the case may be). I can’t comprehend taking the time to select a certain jacket to wear that just happens to have a LE patch on the front, I don’t care how much sympathy the jacket/patch may draw from local LE. I keep a LE decal on my windshield for the express purpose of trying to gain sympathy if I’m caught speeding, so I can understand the jacket’s likely purpose, just not it's conscious selection that evening.

TN shows up within minutes of LE’s arrival on scene and what she was carrying speaks loudly. TN arrived carrying a 8x10 framed school picture of Haleigh. Aside from the likely fact that it never would have crossed my mind to bring something like that, I am forced to ask why she brought it? Did she think Ron didn’t have any pictures of his daughter?

You see, I went back to the walk through video with Marlina Schiavo and couldn’t help but notice that there were many pictures of Haleigh on the walls in that residence. Check the image below. It seems that TN wasn’t a frequent enough visitor to that residence to realize the pictures were everywhere.

Distance certainly does make frequent visits a problem.

You bring up a great point about the condition and quality of dwelling at Rita Lane-- it's just too hard to swallow that TN may be living below the standards of Ron's place, or Tommy and Lindsay's for that matter. Nope.

Plus, wasn't TN claiming the Thanksgiving Day tradition at her house while Papa Jeff cooked? Uh, yeah, pile on in! :crazy:

Unless TN and GGS put those pictures up after the fact, when they came in and cleaned the place up. To show what a good daddy Ronald was to have pictures of his kids up everywhere.

Ahh... but I can't argue with ya, that was awfully strange about her showing up with that big picture. Very odd indeed.

I've already closed one thread for going off topic and opened this one. If everyone has finished discussing this topic, then it is finished. I'd like to keep it open for future comments she might release.

Tn was in a bad wreck and IIRC had to use Oxy for pain.
I just saw on an old video that TN is wearing high heeled jean boots
on in a video. Then I notice she can get on the ground etc.
How bad was she hurt?

I don't know but Dr/s don't even give it out for open heart surgery, so I guess it had to be worse than that...*chuckle*

I remember that she claims she was putting on her clothes as she went out the door that night, and that she made the trip in 5 mins when it usually takes 15-20 mins. This is from my memory, and not her exact words. I always assumed she took a picture out of her purse that she always carried around. I figured LE blew it up. If she came over with that picture, it sounds like some planning went into it. Another good point you made about the jacket.......my husband carries my sister's Police Department card just opposite his driver's licenses. He thinks flashing this card when he has to show his licenses, could help get him our of a speeding ticket. He's had 2 tickets in the past 2 years, so it hasn't helped. But, your point is well taken!

May be OT Kimster but geezeee..I've commented on this before and got no response.

The pictures on the wall of Green Lane looked to be placed awfully high...Who does that? It's possible TN was at the MH earlier and retrieved the pictures from the MH...IMO..it was not just as it was that night, I don't believe.

Scorpian....OMG...you don't know how badly and for how long I wanted to comment on those pictures hanging up high on the walls. I have seen people do that before. It doesn't give one the impression of any decorating sense. It is a haphazard way of hanging anything and shows the person has no idea where or what to put on walls. I think rc hung them. I don't think tn/gma would place them at a seven ft level. It is correct though to assume that if either gma knew the MH they would know there were pictures of Haleigh and would not have to tote one with them for LE>

TN was sporting what looked like a very expensive diamond necklace...not something somebody would sleep in but that is just my opinion. Her white pants are not something I would grab at 3:30 in the morning either. Then the sweater just tops it off. She hadn't been working there. When did she work there. Gainsville is not close to either place, is it?

Good point about the pic and getting it earlier. She certainly didn't drive with it from Lady Lake...at least I don't think she did.

TN is one I've questioned since the "get go"....I have a son, I've been the enabler, protector, I know the routine (you just do it and think about what you did later, kick yourself in the arse and do it again)...

If there is a thread about TN and her behavior I'll be glad to get into it, if so please direct the way...I would love to write what all I see wrong with this picture of TN...not to degrade her or pick on her but, I see right through her, again, from the "get go"....To me, she holds the key. I probably would've bought into RC's actions had it not been for TN.

PS, my son is no a RC, far from it..but none the less, not an angel either. :angel:

LF I have no idea why NG is the only one with those tapes, but I have not seen them anywhere, and we've only heard the parts she chooses to play on her show.

I'm pretty sure no recording devices are allowed, but that makes it even more confusing as to why only NG has that taped visit.

I'd really like to hear the whole thing, I'm sure there is TONS of stuff to analyze in there.

I watched a video from I don't know where, thought it was a local tv station, who showed a dvd and said it had "hours" of video on it.
We haven't seen even close to hours, so I think NG isn't the only one with that audio/video. She is just the one who shared it.

Perhaps with a flood of emails and phone calls to the local newspapers, and tv stations, we might get more released. It's just a thought.

People with children sometimes like to place their pictures high above the reach of children. Or, possibly the previous residents had some different sized paintings and other wall hangings and the pictures were stuck wherever there was an available nail?

They didn't even sleep in beds and kept their dirty laundry on the floor, I don't think they were devoting much thought for decoration.

Perhaps to discuss the suspicious actions or behavior? I could agree there has been some suspicious statements. Especially looking back now, I often wonder why she supported Misty in the vigorous way that she did, maybe Kimster can advise? : )
