Oh yeah....did Terri ever mention to Desiree the change in Kyron's behaviour? these supposed mini seizures are one of those odd illnesses that can have wide array of causes (sometimes none at all), can come a go without warning, and even after extensive medical testing can be very hard to find evidence that anything ever happened. Mini seizures would be like a lottery win to someone with MBP.

Desiree states (with eyeroll) that Terri would send her very long-winded emails every day, going on and on about 'every little thing' ..... I can't imagine that Terri would leave out something like having taken Desiree's son to the Dr, who wanted to check him out for a seizure disorder.

I hope that as time goes along, we learn more about KH. I wonder how he's doing working (has he gone back to work? dunno) and now having the house and the baby all to himself to care for. Or is he getting help, with someone else providing at least some child care? I hope someone has stepped up and helped him.

Snipped by me.

Kat010, I think Kaine must have help with Baby K, or at least I hope so.

"When he’s not being briefed by investigators, consulting with his divorce lawyer, and caring for his 20-month-old daughter, K, he squeezes in time for the media and a few hours of work from home. He also may have found ways of blowing off steam—neighbors report they’ve heard gunfire coming from the property for hours on end."

I can't imagine him leaving Baby K unattended while he target practices. She seems to be a well adjusted baby tended to by Kaine and probably someone else helping him with child care and meals, etc. Hope that helps! :)

it could be that the doctor visit and the seizures were part of the planning phase of some additional drama she could spout off to desiree to maintain that "connection" with her.

bbm.

That whole thing kinda was strange, IMHO. (Note: I am not criticizing Desiree, I am commenting on something I don't understand.) If my child was living with the father and the second spouse, I would appreciate the effort to include me in that child's daily life. And daily life is, in the main, made up of the "every little things". I'd be happy to be up-to-date when the child came to visit me.

But that's just me.

Well, Terri supposedly sent Desiree all these long emails about everything, so if he were having these seizures, I'd expect that she would have told Desiree. But we haven't heard Desiree confirm that (to my knowledge) nor give that information when asked about Kyron and any health issues (to me knowledge), so I'm going to assume here that Kyron's "seizures" didn't actually occur.

ETA-I'm saying "to my knowledge" because I came to this case about a month or so after it began. Maybe 3 weeks. Anyhow, I didn't catch everything but tried to review pretty well, but if someone sees that I am wrong about something, please let me know! I do not have a problem eating my words :)

Desiree isn't an RN. She works at an auto dealer.

Thanks for clearing me up Debs. Don't know how I thought she was an nurse.

I sincerely agree that grief can come out as anger, or a number of different 'odd' behaviors. But I am not hearing anyone that knows if an accused family member who has failed 2 lie detector tests *and* had alot of the above oddities has ever been found completely innocent. I'm taking everything as a whole - all the discrepancies together.

Maybe a lie detector thread needs it's own thread...will try to start one.

I am not exactly sure what is meant by failing two polys. I have read various things about that from she failed on one of the questions asked and her answer was vague. I think it is more telling that she agreed to take these polygraphs.

I don't believe in polygraphs anymore. I use to think they really meant people were innocent or guilty depending on the results of the test but when Mark Lunsford's mother, Ruth, was told by LE she failed her poly and when LE told Steve Greone he had failed his poly then I wrote them off as not being much of anything except used as investigative tool for LE. That is probably why we don't see polygraph results in the courtroom during trials.

Also when I learned that Gary Ridgeway passed his with flying colors even though he later on admitted that he had murdered over 40 women that pretty much did it for me on polygraphs being accurate.

People have failed polygraphs and were sent to prison when years later it was found out their were totally innocent.

IMO

No, pretty sure it was an answer to a reporter's question about Terri's lies. It was given as an example. So Kaine and Desiree are supposed to lie to the press about Terri's habit of lying? :)
sbm

No--wrong. The context in which the question was asked was in the quote included with my post. The question from the reporter was not about Terri's lies at all.

ETA: The link included in the quote on my post has an MP3 download for anyone to listen to the interview--the questions before the quoted text were along the lines of, "How is Kiara being taken care of? Are you working full-time? Is she asking for Terri at all?"

Hi, Are you saying his childcare provider is Phyllis? Please provide a link to Main Stream Media. In that on WS we don't sleuth Kaine or Desiree this information must be from a media source. Thanks.

Sorry folks - that was a joke...posters were ranting a while back about his Intel girlfriend and it was said that her name was Phyllis. I didn't mean to wind anyone up, I thought the rumors had reached here by now and it would have got a chuckle. cheers.

We don't do rumors on Websleuths. :) Thanks! :blowkiss:

I was just reading about Jennifer Bush whose mother suffered from Munchausen by proxy. After reading Jennifer's story, I am very doubtful that Terri suffered from Munchausen by proxy. First, Jennifer spent more than 640 days in the hospital and had over 40 surgeries. I'm sure it would have come out by now if Kyron or Baby K were constantly in the hospital. People who suffer from Munchausen by proxy want attention and you're going to get more attention if your child is in the hospital v. home from school with a cold.

Also, Jennifer's mom allowed her daughter to be a poster child for high health care costs when the Democrats were trying to pass a reform bill back in the 1990's. It seems that those with Munchausen by proxy want attention for themselves and their children. They want to appear as heroes and in the scenario that Terri possibly set up, she definitely doesn't come across as heroic.

How long was it before the parents related that Kyron is allergic to beestings?

From the start, LE hasn't commented on any physical or emotional condition of Kyron's. Other than the bee allergy, I've not heard the parents comment --- either to confirm or deny any rumors.

the parents have never EVER stated that Kyron was allergic to bee stings. The bee sting comment came up from Desiree as an example of how Teri lies about even inconsequential things like a bee sting.
