I am inclined to believe them (many MSM sources), of course need more info but the original story of brother running him over does not jive well with the pics of him dead IMHO

An eyewitness who observed the shootout from the window his upper level apartment described exactly the same as the Watertown police chief. TT rushed towards the police who subdued him and were trying to cuff him. JT drove toward the police who jumped out of the way. JT ran over his brother and the body was dragged approximately 20 feet. The naked man was the carjack victim. Police couldn't be certain at first that he wasn't an accomplice. I'll take the word of the witness and the police chief over the aunt's. All MOO

He can say that his Brother told him they were going to compete in the Pillsbury Pressure Cooker Cook-off after the race....and that his Father raped him...and a nice jury chosen by expensive jury consultants can send him right back to his nice taxpayer funded lifestyle.

The naked guy was the guy whose car got highjacked. At the point that his arrest happened and this footage was taken, police were trying to figure out exactly what was going on. They didn't know yet who was and who wasn't possibly a bomber.
