Why is everyone so convinced that TM is testifying at the GJ? I haven't seen him slated to do that nor has he said that. Isn't it a bit presumptuous to assume that?

I'm not sure Tim will be called to investigate. I can't imagine he'd ever hold back any evidence from the family. That's just too cruel IMO.

He didn't reveal it because he had a conscience, he did it to get a better deal on his sentence.

I don't think Tim would allow that baby to be buried or rotting in water somewhere for one second longer than she has to. Even if it means upsetting the A's.

I tend to agree that there's stuff happening that we are not privy to. Maybe he has been asked by le to hold off on the search for reasons that we are not aware of. I trust Tim enough to not be disappointed by this news. He knows what he's doing and he won't let this drag on any longer than it has to.

I believe GJ witnesses are to be kept secret therefore, TM would not reveal he has been asked to testify.

Whom is slated to testify is a very secret matter, unless they themselves leak it, then beforehand, it would not be a known factor or announced in any way. The witnesses are a secret...for their own protection.

Yes, but I do not think he has held anything back.
LE took possession of what was found previously. Tim may know in his heart/mind what they found was related to Caylee. But.......
..........tests came back positive and I do not think LE could actually reveal the results with Tim, could they?
So, in Tim's mind he 'does not know the results' but knows and can testify to what he located.

Been raining off and on again all day. Plus it looks like a more recent missing person's case out of state came up that may be easier to search for while O-Town dries off. I just wish criminals would wait for us to solve one case before commiting a new crime!

I am very disappointed, but I won't begin to second guess Tim. It has been raining since he has been there and it could be the real reason he isn't ready to go back in that area. If he says it is because of the conditions...it is and I will trust they will begin the search when they feel it is going to be a positive outcome for finding Caylee. He did stress before he did not want to risk pushing her deeper into the ground accidently. He knows what he is doing.

BTW I was informed by a local Deputy that if they had actually found something during the last search there would have been much more celebration as that is ussually the case, instead when TES left it was rather somber.

Gosh, I cannot imagine anyone celebrating when finding the remains of a missing person. Especially, if in their heart of hearts they thought the person may be alive.
