Yesterday evening the local news interviewed him at OIA, he was leaving. It looks like he left Orlando for a while. Don't know if he still has people here or not. He said "they" would be back in two weeks. TM said the dress was found in a previous search, not Monday.

I am fairly new to the board so please forgive me if this doesn't belong here.
There have been so many developments lately it has been hard to keep up. But I have some questions that I was hoping one of you could answer.
can someone please clarify for me is TES ACTIVELY looking at this point??
I thought they were to start searching on Wed 10/15 and yesterday Tim said in 2-3 weeks time they would start looking ?!?! (he said this yesterday on Nancy Grace)
Yet on todays show he said they need to find her body.
Also did TES in fact find the Disney dress on Monday??? or was that on their last search??

They did search last week thru Saturday. It was not an all out search but one with LE and a limited amount of searchers. They found the dress on Saturday to my understanding and the big search will be somewhere between 2 to 3 weeks from now. There is still too much water on the ground to be an affective search. I have heard that they were going to start tomorrow, but then I heard that it would be within the first 2 weeks of November. It has been raining this week in Orlando and there is still a lot of water.

As for the dress, I thought it was found on Monday. It has been sent off for testing. I don't believe it has anything to do with Caylee. No way did she wear a size 6.

The size of the dress has been discussed at length in other threads. The dress is actually a costume, not a dress so the sizes run smaller. It could have been Caylee's.

I think all the GJ proceedings and the riff between CA and him both caused him to leave this time around. But he will be back. He always keeps his word.

To my knowledge, Tim was meeting with MN, the attorney all day so there was no search on Monday. I believe there is a transcript that I can dig up to show exactly when it was found, not that it makes much of a difference when it was found. I just hope that it is something that takes us to where she is.

It was on NG last night. He said that one of his crew was on vacation this week and mapping areas where they wanted to look, and would be back in 2 - 3 weeks.

I watched NG 3 times last nite. I have it memorized, lol.

I don't believe it ever was about any riff. It's always been about the conditions for searching. You can't see what's under the water. Between the weather, Hurricane Ike in Texas, he was kind of beating his head against a stone wall. If you can't search, you go home and work on other stuff until the ground dries up enough so you can accomplish some earnest searching. You can't even walk a horse through this kind of water. They have to know what they are stepping on or stepping in.

The group back on the ground in Orlando searching for Caylee. Caylee photographed in a similar dress months before her disappearance. According to our own research, a child around the age of 3 years old could wear a size 6. Is this dress the key to cracking the case? Okay, but... I didn't say WHEN he found the dress, only that it was not on Monday. But we know now they found a dress and TM says it's in good shape. Hopefully, this find will yield some answers.

NG is wrong. The dress was found prior to Saturday and Tim said he did not find it and his searchers did not, but another searcher.

Poor Tim. NG can be so hateful to him and get her facts so wrong. I am sure he will be so glad when Caylee is found and finally put to rest. He has looked so drained so many days. God Bless him.

And let me remind you, Tim Miller not just the head of this searching tool that has gone all over the world searching for missing people, particularly children and teens, he is a crime victim himself, Tim Miller`s daughter murdered and missing many, many years ago.

TIM MILLER, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH: Yes. I didn`t make the discovery. The discovery was made by a searcher. I`m very disappointed that it leaked, and it shouldn`t have been. But now it`s out, we need to clarify it.

GRACE: OK. I understand -- when I say "you," I am referring to Texas Equusearch. Was the searcher someone working with Texas Equusearch?

MILLER: Well, you know, it was an article of clothing that is very, very similar to an article of clothing that Caylee was wearing at one time and there`s a picture of it.

But Nancy, we`ve got to understand one thing. There`s been several articles of clothing found during this search effort. Many of them were sent off to a lab for analysis, and this one is being sent off also. So...

GRACE: OK, Tim Miller, let me ask you a couple of questions. Was the article of clothing a dress?

GRACE: OK. Was Caylee Anthony known to have a similar dress at one time?

MILLER: Yes.

GRACE: Was it a child`s size 6?

GRACE: Would a child size 6 be the size a 2 to 3-year-old girl would wear?

MILLER: I don`t think so. I`ve got my doubts on this. But you know, law enforcement`s doing their job...

GRACE: Well, according to our research, the answer is, in fact, yes. A child 2 to 3 years old would wear a child size 6, but it really depends on Caylee`s height and size. Tim Miller, where was the dress discovered?
