I noticed he changed his mind about Casey taking her car from Amscot on the 27th, and it's now "someone drove her to her parents in the morning" ...

Murt said this was all underwater before when TES tried to search. The boy of water is the Yukon River or ECON /? in Blanchard Park. I think that was the name, feed is not clear at times. He said KC parked in the parking lot by the river and put Caylee in the water and the necklace in the tree. LP said KC mentioned this area three or more times in interviews. Econolacksy sp? River full of Gators! They think she is in a suitcase. If so she would be safe from the gators. I think I am going to get sick. I hope they find her and Cindy and KC find out soon.

I doubt she would be safe from the gators in a suitcase... wouldn't they just bite into it if they detected a body?

I don't blame him, I am almost certain this evil woman threw her dead baby in the trash. Caylee is most likely buried under 10 tons of trash and will never be found, nor put to rest. No one deserves to be thrown away (except maybe casey) into a trash dump, just unreal.

I guess good ole Lee can now go over to the jail and give his lil sister a virtual high five knowing that Caylee's body will not be found. Today the anthony's will be rejoicing, how sad is that...to be happy that your grandbaby will never have peace in death.

I totally agree that Casey put Caylee in a dumpster and she is in some trash dump site with tons of garbage on top of her. I think, at the most, Casey wrapped her up in something and put her in garbage bags and tossed her in a dumpster. She was probably rotting in the trunk when Casey backed her car into her parents garage. She had to find some stuff to bundle her up better for disposal. She just needed to hide the trunk area of the car, so she backed in to work on that. I don't think Caylee was in the backyard, but the dogs hit on something Casey may have placed there that was in contact with the body. I would have been shocked if TES would have found anything of Caylee in the woods- that's just not Casey's style. Nevertheless, I did donate to TES, they are a great organization. I guess it is just too hard to determine are find Caylee in a dump site now. I was talking to some lawyers and they said when all is said and done, Casey will probably serve about 9 years total. Sad.

Did anyone just hear Murts interview with LP? LP says a necklace with beads was ?hanging from a tree at Blanchard Park? He have his whole timeline, and says too, that there will be a memorial service tues at BP.

LP: Tomorrow 8am the dive team, sheriffs office, FBI, etc. will be here. Memorial Tuesday Morning for Caylee. On the 18th KC tried to make the death look like she drowned in the pool. But the body went to the bottom and she couldn't get it, she borrowed a shovel to scoop the baby out of the pool SHE KNOCKS OVER THE LADDER. Then she put the baby in a garbage bag on the grass, then into the trunk. The bag seals and that is why the forensics only said 2.5 days of decomp. She has her in the trunk. On 28th she takes her to Blanchard Park and turns her phone off, 8-12 hours. She takes the baby out of the trunk the bag rips, fluid on her, the car, etc. SOMEONE DRIVE HER TO HER MOMS THE NEXT DAY, KC CALLS JC PENNEY AND GETS IT AND TAKES IT OVER TO THE TREE AS A MEMORIAL. I HOPE I GOT ALL OF IT.

I've never been a huge fan of, LP. His theory on this does make enough sense that if this areas has not be thoroughly cleared, it should be.

His working theory definitely takes all the evidence into consideration, too. Does that mean he has every detail down to an exact science? Probably now, but it's truly the closest theory I've heard yet.

I'm just sorry no one has a magic wand or a crystal ball.

Actually there are parts of LP's latest theory which I find quite believable, like this location for starters. Parking there near water, immersion of Caylee's remains, even cross perhaps to memorialize. What I don't find credible is this notion of putting Caylee in pool afterwards to stage or "fake" a drowning. If Caylee was ever in fact deceased in that pool, it is because she drowned there. There was no other reason for Caylee's remains to be, at any time, in their backyard--and more than one cadaver dog backed this up. JMO

I don't know where Murt came up with the suitcase theory, but I concur with LP. It's more likely she was only in some sort of plastic bag. I also imagine the gators came into play, but even if they can find a bone fragment, it would be enough.

LP CONTINUED. I missed this part in my notes...she drove around for 10 days with the baby in the car with her. She parks it at Amscot, runs out of gas, Amscot has the car towed, KC comes back and thinks the car was stollen, now she thinks she is in the clear and goes out and parties.

I'm a YMCA member, I wonder if they'll let us get anywhere near that area since it's close to the Y.
