Brianna Aguilera, a United High School alum and Texas A&M student, died early Saturday in Austin after a tailgate party during the Texas vs. Texas A&M football weekend, her family confirmed…
According to KGNS, Rodriguez contacted the Austin Police Department (APD) after her daughter’s phone location began pinging near a creek and she was still unable to reach her. What we know about Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera’s death in Austin
So this is a beautiful young woman with dreams of law school who goes to a tailgate party, gets drunk (as millions of young people have done through the ages), calls her boyfriend late at night, and after a very short call, immediately runs out and jumps off a 17-story building??
Sorry, strains belief. She reportedly had a fight with an unnamed woman shortly before that. What was that all about?
I think this needs a deeper look.
"Investigators confirmed Aguilera had lost her phone at the tailgate. After returning to the apartment, she borrowed a friend’s phone around 12:43–12:44 a.m. to call an out-of-town boyfriend. Witnesses said they heard an argument, which phone and text records later confirmed. The call lasted about one minute, roughly two minutes before the 911 call that reported her body." The police have ruled it a suicide, which leads me to believe they have video of what happened as there are cameras on the apartment building. Authorities found a deleted suicide note on her phone, also friends said she confided being suicidal weeks leading up to this. They hired Tony Buzbee, an attorney who is known for suing. https://www.chron.com/news/article/texas-am-student-death-lawyer-21222238.phpI am not fully knowledgeable about this case. Does anyone know if Brianna's family hired their own investigator? Thank you in advance
ADMIN NOTELots of important info in the mother's interview with Nancy Grace. Brianna was supposedly fighting with one of the "friends" and there was a physical altercation.
Nancy Grace - Brianna Aguilera's Mother
I watched this episode of Nancy Grace. Without knowing any of the evidence, she's already drawn conclusions that frankly are irresponsible based on what LE investigators have already released. She's trying to get views, but she's also giving mother false hope (and feeding into her blame others narrative).Lots of important info in the mother's interview with Nancy Grace.
