Just watching video of the prelim and Stoddard asked Ross how he could have been on the phone for 6 minutes and not be talking to anyone. Ross' excuse was "he fell asleep." Snark? WTH?
OK now watching it again "How it could have occurred" probably means "how he could have forgotten about Cooper in the car. So confusing.

Yes! That's what I was trying to explain on my earlier post... it's very confusing. But, it does appear the prosecutor and Stoddard are referring back to another question at the time the falling asleep remark was made... :smile: So glad someone else sees it that way...
