IMO, I think we have heard all of the truth we are ever going to hear.
It did not come from Hopespring Dr either, we heard the truth from Cindy's brother and her Mom Shirley. I hope these 2 people can continue being truthful during the trial because they seem to be the only ones that know the meaning of the word.

I don't think there's even a slim chance any of the Anthonys will tell the truth. Lying in a way of life for them. They are as dishonest as the day is long.

I do think however that during the trial, Rick Plesea and Shirley Plesea will be truthful in regards to whatever they know.

I think the testimony from the prosecution witnesses will have an affect on the Anthonys, and there might even be some in-fighting in the family. We've already seen how unhappy George was when it was revealed that Casey had told her pen-pal that she was molested by her father and Lee. George didn't attend a number of court hearings, and finally made an appearance the day that Cindy testified in regards to the 911 calls. If George or Cindy is offended by something said by a prosecution witness, and the rest of the family isn't supportive, that's going cause friction.

When prosecution attorney, JA, described what might have been Caylee's last moments, Casey leaned over and whispered to JB, "make him stop." She's had a lifetime of not having to confront her behavior, and now she will have to sit and listen. I think we might see an angry outburst from Casey.

I can't see why either Cindy's brother or her mother would be called to testify. While interesting to read their interviews, what does either have to say that would contribute to her prosecution for murder?

Caylee being killed was not enough for them to tell the truth. All the evidence that points to their daughter being responsible for Caylee's death has not been enough for them to tell the truth. Their daughter accusing her own father and brother of horrific crimes is not enough for them to tell the truth. NOTHING will make them tell the truth.

Casey may be the one who is physically responsible for Caylee's death, but Cindy, George and even Lee sat by and allowed it to happen. MOO.

A couple of reasons that are not hearsay, I believe:

First, Shirley can help dispell the notion hat KC had the money to pay for a nanny-A nanny who KC told Iasson that she paid a lot of money for. If KC was earning her own keep, why was she not only stealing from CA, AH, LA, JG and RP, but she was also stealing from her grandmother? Whether the defense is going with the Zanny story or not does not matter-KC lied about a nanny kidnapping her child and cannot say who the last person to see Caylee alive was, if it was not herself.

Rick can testify that KC lied about being pregnant. This demonstrates a propensity for KC being able to pass along huge lies when she is feeling fear and guilt....In conjunction with Rick, the state can bring in an expert on filicide, who can testify as to the corrolation between hiding/denying pregnancy and filicide. Even without an expert, the state can make closing/opening arguments that note this and the jury can easily draw the connection in deliberation-What kind of loving mother hides her pregnancy and does not get prenatal care? Was she planning on throwing Caylee in a trash can at birth, had CA not found out? If not, when was she going to tell her family she was having a baby? When she was in labor?
She did not want Caylee, the state may argue that she never did come around to the reality that she was responsible for Caylee....even if CA kept Caylee, KC would still have to have a connection with her daughter-but it does not appear she wanted one, at least not in a healthy and unselfish way.

I think both Shirley Plesea and Rick Plesea will be called to testify during the sentencing phase of the trial. Both have knowledge of the family dynamics.

In the trial phase, Shirley might be called to testify in regards to the nanny, whether Casey, Cindy, or anyone in the family ever mentioned the nanny. She may testify to the relationships in the family - who took care of Caylee, Cindy or Casey. Shirley may also testify to the events of June 15, 2008 - Cindy and Caylee had dinner with Shirley after visiting Cindy's father at the assisted care facility. Shirley can help establish a time line of events that day. She may also testify to Casey stealing and forging a check from her checking account.

Inmate Anthony's Grandmother Shirley said, in an interview with LE:

about Casey .... "I just wondered if she hated her Mom more than she loved Caylee" ...

this is an example of Motive, IMO

I think they could no doubt also testify as to the dynamics in the home...dynamics (that can be argued) which led to Casey killing her daughter.

And there you have it in a nutshell. This case is all about the contempt and loathing that KC felt for her Mother, and what she did about it.

If George breaks, it would be to save his own hide, not Casey's. JMO

None of the above.
George is an entrenched liar. He will hunker down within his lies until doomsday, just like Casey.

They will stick to their convoluted scenarios until Ashton and Drane-Burdick pry the lies from their mouths. Then they'll slap them around with those lies repeatedly like a wet halibut.

So if your logic follows through, and we hear from Shirley, does this mean we will hold Shirley responsible for Cindy's behavior like we are holding Cindy responsible for ICA's behavior.

Cause if that predictable behavior pattern follows through, there is a great deal we don't know about Shirley, isn't there?:waitasec:
