The Best Untainted Evidence-The Ransom Letter

  • #241
Did anyone actually SEE them handle the note? Because I wouldn't just take their word for it. Patsy could have used gloves to write the RN and placed it on the FLOOR, not the stairs. (Someone, I believe that it was Fleet, said that he looked through the glass on a door, and saw it on the floor). NOBODY actually saw it on the stairs, that was just what Patsy said...and we all know that Patsy is extremely truthful . What would be the reason for John or Patsy to have picked it up, they already knew what it said. So the part about Patsy picking it up to read, is a lie..IMO. The part about John reading it on the floor in his underwear (I HAVE to get that image out of my head...)...is a lie...IMO. Ok, so far so good...no fingerprints on the note. If I am not mistaken, I believe that I read that Patsy is the one that handed the RN to investigators as soon as they came through the front door. If that is true, then its obvious that she didn't handle it long enough to leave any prints. She probably just picked it up by the corners anyway...to keep from "contaminating" it.

It was Glenn Stine. Patsy also admitted to handling the note. In one of her interviews she said she handed it to John when he was running down the stairs. I know, she SAID.

thank you... very much

something about their prints not being on it,,, is odd very odd

perhaps when they wrote it, the had gloves on and never actually picked the stupid letter full of lies up after writing it

ok, so thank banks would be open......

hmmmm

We must have been posting at the same time, because I have always thought the same thing. Patsy wore gloves to write it, and it was never actually picked up again, except to hand to investigators. I believe since Fleet saw (through the glass door) it on the floor, I believe that is where Patsy put it, and not on the staircase as she claimed.

if her hands had pineapple juice on them maybe pineapple juice has magic powers that prevents fingertips being left on a piece of paper

of course in ramsey world the laws of physics not to mention common sense
cease to exist

THANK YOU!! My memory failed me on who it was that saw it through the door, on the floor.

Right, she said that she handed it to John when he was running down the stairs. Yeah, and pigs fly. LOL If they handled that note as much as they said they did, then their prints would have been ALL OVER IT!

yes, i agree with you
1. gloves on
2. write letter
3. drop letter somewhere
4. take gloves off and never touch letter again

another RAMSEY slip up, make that 484 times

either the laws of physics and science dont exist in ramsey world or she is freaking liar

I bet that she just touched the corners. I wonder if she had powder on her hands, if that would eliminate prints? She may have held it with her palm on the back of the paper...like a waitress does, when she brings out the serving tray. I would imagine that would keep the prints off too.

i also got the impression that patsy was holding it when she was calling 911

im not saying she was,,, but it sure sounds like she was reading from it

maybe had gloves on when she made the call

maybe the note was still on the pad when the ramseys were handling it

just because she says she found it on the steps - that means nothing

it it was still on the pad,,connected to all the other pieces,

hmmmmmmm

still on the pad the whole time and then uses something to pull them off the pad.....

the note was never on the steps

no need to actually be there. it was "there" only in speech

Okay, we know that she is a liar...and that the RN wasn't touched or picked up again, after it was laid on the floor. What we know only for SURE is that she handed it to investigators. Now we have to figure out why she left no print when she did that. Even if she held it by the corner, there would still have been some sort of partial print. The only thing that I can think of would be if she laid it right on her palm, with grasping it. And her excuse for that would have been that she didn't want to contaminate it.

Vampires don't have reflections.

Ramseys don't have fingerprints.

lol

Looking at the RN again, a couple of things jump out at me...

the handwriting sure gets messier as the mote gets longer.

I wonder if this was a FINAL copy & there were other versions.

In some instances it looks as if the writer goes back to covert the "a's" to the typewriter type of "a."

That made me take a look at the Signature...

It looks like S.B.T.C might not have been the original closing...

That "B" looks a little odd... like it was converted from a P or maybe an F

One more thing.... what kind of doubting kidnapper says the target has a 99% chance of getting his kid killed.... he's admitting there's a 1% chance he can be caught? Huh?

I wonder if that's an idea LE had when they showed Patsy a picture of the bar area that JR took and the pad was there and not where LE found it.

OT Would SOMEONE PLEASE come play with my cat?! He doesn't understand my interest in this case and he's bugging me for attention, IN MY WAY!!

yes

but to pick something up off the floor you need to use a finger and a thumb

and yet if her story of picking it up is true, then her prints would be on
at least ONE of the papers.

total BULLCRAP ---

something aint right

She could have been holding/reading it...or, she had written it, so she knew exactly what it said, and didn't need to read it. Yeah, she could have had gloves on when she placed the call.

Was it still on the floor when she picked it up to give investigators, or had it been moved? I thought that it had been moved.

This is one time when their prints SHOULD have been on an object but weren't (like the torch batteries I guess). Their pirnts on the note would have seemed normal - absence of prints should make LE go "hmmmm....."

  • #260
because patsy was pretty freaked out when that conversation was taking place......

i think the cops saw the note pad in a picture, and it was not a real clear picture to be able to identify if it was the ramsom note but they think it was and it was still on the notepad

and patsy knew her goose might be cooked
