I think the
money, (in the safe deposit box) should some how be casually mentioned...(but not the name George Brody). Even if all that was written is what InH said in bold, and that he has left a substantial amount of money for his next of kin. This might entice a relative who would have otherwise wished to remain anonymous come forward. We all know the love of money is the root of all evil...that would certainly bring out a few relatives?
ETA: Also, if you place a contact number in the newspaper for this idea, maybe it should be that of a big strong detective or LE officer...just in case. I wouldn't give out your name or personal number. (I'm sure you wouldn't) but just saying the obvious... Safety First!
