Especially since he was scheduled to wear that for the Royal Marines Centennial -- but Meghan hugged Beyonce instead.

“But Meghan hugged Beyonce instead”

Has a certain spark to it, a catchy title for a book.

Harry especially looks tired and a bit unsettled.

I agree. And it looked like his face was sweaty when he got out of the SUV.

A cheeky teenager left the Duchess of Sussex speechless as stole a kiss and declared “she’s beautiful” to a packed assembly hall during a secret royal visit to his school.

Meghan appeared in front of stunned pupils at Robert Clack Upper School in Dagenham urging teenage boys to “value, appreciate and protect” the women in their lives.

Meghan left speechless by teenage boy's cheeky comment on her secret school trip

To give some context to stories over the last couple of days, Meghan did an engagement on Friday that was embargoed for Britain’s Sunday papers. What irked royal corrs was we were told it was embargoed because she didn’t want to conflict with Camilla’s speech on domestic abuse...

But then she did conflict with Camilla’s speech by giving a story to London’s evening newspaper about her trip to see a National Theatre project. The story came out on the day Camilla was making her big speech.

In the great scheme of things it probably doesn’t amount to a hill of beans but it irked journalists, who felt they had been played, and it created a presentational problem inside the Royal Household.

More importantly, I think, it illustrated one of the problems that has led to the departure of the Sussexes. They may have alienated middle England but they are still a big international draw. And yet they have had to play second and third fiddle to more senior royals.

The household does meet regularly to coordinate plans and it’s perfectly possible for several members of the Royal Family to gain media attention on the same day. But it is a problem for the monarchy.

The other interesting point for me at least is that I understand the National Theatre was frustrated that some of Meghan’s previous visits had been “private” and wanted to push her latest visit to promote one of its attractions.

The National Theatre’s frustration may herald a problem for Harry and Meghan in the future. If their visits to patronages and projects aren’t covered live by the media it does devalue the patronage or support.

Setting aside websites, which will always go for cheap clicks, the Sussexes do face a problem in future if they don’t invite credible national media to cover their projects. A handful of sycophants who never challenge or ask awkward questions will soon reduce public interest.

Even if the decision to leave is what he wants there is still so much he is saying goodbye to. It’s understandable that he would be feeling conflicted.

They will never be revered like this in Hollywood. They are stepping in to the dime a dozen culture. The RF is worlds apart from Hollywood. There is no comparison.

This whole exit is a hot mess. It will not work and who cares what fiddle is being played. Representing the RF at anytime should be a honor and not a competition. H and M need to really get a handle on their egos and look at the big picture with clear glasses. Clear the fog please. JMO.

She wins in the double-talk category. No one appreciates that attribute.

In the same vein, I don’t see any panic attacks over the media coverage.

Why is her skin so much darker than it was in early January?? Canada is not a sun worshipper place this time of year. M has definitely lost weight and is getting too thin.
Her hair up close looks very fried.

Well I thought they both looked pretty good. I liked her red dress

Kensie - It's not, she's just got quite a bit of make up/bronzer on

11 of Meghan Markle's most inspirational quotes to empower you on International Women's Day

Duchess of Sussex isn't afraid to speak out on things that really matter to her and has long been a vocal advocate for women's issues. From her powerful speech on the importance of gender equality at a UN Women summit in 2015, to delivering a heartfelt speech about women's suffrage while on a royal tour of New Zealand in 2018. This year, Meghan made a surprise visit to Dagenham school to mark International Women's Day, and in 2019 she even participated in an International Women's Day panel discussion hosted by the Queen's Commonwealth Trust, where she spoke her mind on the importance of empowering women.

Princess Eugenie pays tribute to Princess Beatrice, the Queen and Sarah Ferguson on International Women's Day

Eugenie has given an incredible insight into her close bond with her big sister Princess Beatrice as she marked International Women's Day on Sunday. Taking to Instagram, the royal shared a gorgeous black-and-white photo of herself and Beatrice, and wrote alongside it: "What can I say? She's the greatest and has been there since I was born. Beatrice has been an inspirational big sister since 1990." Eugenie and Beatrice are the best of friends, and Eugenie is getting ready to play a special role in her older sibling's royal wedding in May, when she marries Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi at The Chapel Royal at St James's Palace, London.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry make surprise appearance with the Queen at church

Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at church on Sunday morning as they joined the Queen, 93, at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor, close to their UK home, Frogmore Cottage. The royal couple were all smiles as they arrived for the service, which was on International Women's Day. This is Meghan and Harry's second appearance of the weekend. On Saturday evening, they attended the Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall. The festival saw the Royal Marines showcase their incredible musicianship and pageantry and featured a wide range of musical styles, including music from the big screen and superb solo items.

Why won’t it work? Both Prince Andrew’s daughters seem to hold jobs and occasionally represent the Queen.

The Queen vows not to let the coronavirus outbreak stop her and is determined to to set an example by 'keeping calm and carrying on' as he pledges to attend the Commonwealth Day service in Westminster Abbey on Monday

The Queen vows not to let the coronavirus outbreak stop her and is determined to to set an example | Daily Mail Online

Focusing here on the sartorial rather than the substance of the article, I LOVE this entire ensemble on HM. There are very few women who have the confidence to "lead" in the style department, and in my opinion, the Queen is one of them, and to great result.

She always has that look of being "outside" of the contemporary culture in the attire department. She has a style truly her own, I guess you could say. All the famous designers receives oohs and ahhs over the various seasons for their "originality", but to me none are really different, in that they are all very connected to contemporary culture. The Queen stands apart, and does it well!
