Oh my Harry. Maybe he should get a job at Burger King so they can hire someone to screen their calls.

Prince Harry duped into offering to help fictional island of ‘Chunga-Changa' by pranksters posing as Greta Thunberg (new details)

"During one phone call, he was pranked into believing mining companies close to President Trump were exploiting a fictional island.
The island, called Chunga-Changa, is the name of a Russian children’s song about a tropical island that doesn’t exist and where it is summer all year.

The fake Greta asked: "Have you heard something about Chunga-Changa’s struggle. We’ve been there it is really terrible, have you heard something about it? Interesting."

Harry replied: “I actually haven’t because I don’t really look at news anymore"

and this (LOL):

Harry was also pranked into promising to help move penguins to the North Pole.

Oh geeze, his comments are so cringeworthy I can hardly read the article.

Not mistaken, scroll a few pages behind and I posted about PA. And yes I have a tenacity about H and M's current situation.

What would you like to see them do? Is it your preference that he return to working as a senior royal or something different? He has publicly expressed his discomfort and dissatisfaction for his title and working as a royal for many years prior to his marriage.

The problem I have with outrage and contempt directed at them is that none of us really knows the whole story and likely never will. We've heard suggestions that their exit had been in the works for a while, which sounds plausable because their calendars were relatively free when they came back after the Christmas break, we've heard that it was a huge surprise for the queen, which I doubt, we've heard that it's all MM's fault, yet he publicly indicated he made the choice for the safety of his family. Many feel that MM is a social climber and if that's the case, it seems to me that living a pampered life, dressing pretty and wearing expensive jewelry would be the perfect fit for someone like that.

People have focused a lot of hostility toward H based on a small comment he made it an interview but I interpreted it much differently. He never said he was feuding with his brother, he indicated they were on different paths, which is true. PW is readying to take over Prince Charles position and prepare for his ultimate position as King.

Ironically, the review that both sides claim is in place seems to be the only fact that's known and leaves me to wonder if there is a lot more behind the scenes than we'll know.

I'm sure nothing will change your mind but I can't comprehend disliking someone I don't know for reasons I'm not sure to be fact and right now, we're really short on facts unless the queen, Prince Charles or Harry decide to speak freely. I just feel it would be a shame if everybody hopped on the hate bandwagon, only to find out that the royal family had facilitated this because of a compelling security reason.

"It's still weird to her that no one hugs and that everyone is so uptight, especially Kate"

I'm with Kate! I love a good hug but I hate when someone I don't know well goes straight for a hug. I want to hug my loved ones but I absolutely hate when people introduce themselves with a hug or try to do it in a professional setting.

Theres often photos or video of KM hugging children at events (one of my faves Adorable greeting pupils give Kate Middleton as she visited their school) which I think is lovely and appropriate but I don't think its right to hug every adult you meet you can make people feel incredibly awkward.

If this is a real sentiment MM expressed then she was ridiculously naive that monarchy wouldn't be uptight, its probably the stuffiest institution known to man.

I finally agree with her confirmation and shading DC is pathetic.

From the article:

Meghan Markle tells close friends her farewell trip to the UK is 'confirmation' she and Harry 'made the right choice in parting ways' since tension was so thick
-----

So, Markle creates the tension and then uses the tension she created to confirm that what she's doing is right. She's worse than I thought. #gaslighting

I'm super worried about Harry. I hope he has a support system other than MM that he listens to.

I remember some years ago, a cousin of mine was supposed to salute an uncle because the uncle held an officer's post in the forces. Imagine Christmas day? Pass the baileys would you? YESSIR!!! They mutually agreed to skip it :D
You chuckle- imagine doing supermarket shopping with people saluting your husband- I have lived and breathed the awkward moments!

History is being made all the time. You cant walk away from history if you are a key contributor. JMO
I guess you’re right. It’s even being around the key contributors which would have been fascinating to me and been such a wonderful education.

That royal stuffiness is a beloved thing. :)

The free hug movement really has no place in any professional setting. (Children excepted when it’s one’s job, like with Kate).

Markle is just out of her league. The high watt attention seeking was clownish. Imo. I notice none of the BRF purposefully seek out direct eye contact with photogs like she does. It was MM’s fashion week in the UK.

I think the BRF all looked quite unhappy at the last event. This too shall pass.

It’s a bit scary that Harry got pranked that way. I guess if it makes it to the BBC it’s a pretty credible story. —Maybe it’ll wake him up. It’s not just the BRF, but also so many CEO’s never talk politics. It’s not good for the bottom line.
