“Special measures are being taken to ensure the Queen’s safety as she addresses the nation amid the coronavirus crisis.

The monarch’s camera operator wore full personal protective equipment while recording a historic speech, which is set to be broadcast on Sunday at 8pm.”

Lone cameraman in white suit filmed Queen's historic coronavirus address to UK

It can’t have been easy for Her Majesty The Queen to give a televised address with a man standing in front of her wearing a hazmat suit. It must be very difficult to be turning 94 soon and not being able to see your family in person for the foreseeable future. I have been wondering how Her Majesty’s Footman who contracted coronavirus is doing. I’m sure Her Majesty must have been worried about Prince Charles too but thankfully he did not experience a serious form of the virus.

Royal kisses! 13 times the Queen was greeted by Kate Middleton, Zara Tindall and more

When out and about, members of the royal family tend to keep their public displays of affection to a limit. Apart from Prince Harry and Meghan – who are the most tactile couple of the family, naw! – the Queen, her children and grandchildren only make the most subtle of gestures. The reasoning is that when royals are carrying out engagements, they are strictly in work mode, representing Her Majesty and the British monarchy, so it would be unprofessional and impractical to always hold hands or embrace.

But behind closed doors, the royals are just like any other family and during more light-hearted engagements, they greet each other with kisses; Prince Charles has been known to plant a kiss on his mother's hand on more than one occasion. Let's take a look at some of the Queen's sweetest PDA moments, starting with the monarch and the Duchess of Cambridge…

Oh, I am so trying to remain speechless -- but a break from what, exactly?

Is this a 'new' break, or hanging a buzzword on the preivous, continuing 'break?'

Off to see what our Countess of Wessex or HRH Anne have been doing:
