I think it's possible that Meghan is suffering from some post-partum depression. I think it's possible that Harry has spent his life suffering with a form of PTSD, and being a dad has brought out all his fears to the forefront again. After all the years of fighting being Royal, going into the army, now maybe he had a vision of being a family man and being able to find a place in the Royal Family. I think both Harry and Meghan came into this part of their lives with big dreams of having a family and making a positive difference in the world, and they're aware they're getting a lot of criticism, fake stories mixed in with half truths, glowing reports mixed in with pot-stirring. When you add all that to the existing paradigm maybe they do need to step back and re-evaluate.

At the end of the day they're people too, and I think they could be far worse as people than to be having these problems. Going around shaking hands in crowds isn't everyone's cup of tea, and we don't really know what else goes on. I think H and M really want to do something meaningful, but what does that mean for Royalty who have limits and when it's so easy for the public to see them as hypocrites for going back home at the end of the day to such a different world from that which most people live in.

Unlike Princess Anne, these two are young and photogenic and a new gorgeous baby. They're a prime target for the media. The media seems to have developed this "give us what we want or we'll write even more mean things about you" attitude....what can H and M do in response? They seem to have been trying to do their duties, and at this delicate time for them they've been asked how they really feel....they've been doing mental health things where they're telling the public to not hide those feelings, and then when they show their feelings, they're criticised heavily when they're feeling down anyway.

Tomorrow is a new day. Even Its A Royal Knockout is now in the past. This too shall pass.

Look at them together, such a deep and loving friendship. Whatever is going on, I do hope that Harry and Catherine are still on good terms because above all, what he most likely needs more than anything right now is a really good friend.
Those are lovely photos of them together. I think Kate is probably doing her best to keep the family relationship going and I'd say Meghan is making an effort too with the photos we saw of them together at Wimbledon but I have a feeling both William and Harry are very stubborn. The distance from Kenisington to Windsor makes it too difficult to pop in for a cup of tea but not far enough to stay over and I imagine the Cambridges are at their country house in Norfolk a lot

Was reading a few months ago about Sir Bradley Wiggins (tour de france and olympic gold cyclist) who has gone back to University to become a social worker now thats putting your money where your mouth is if you want to help people. As working royals thats probably not practical but if they gave all that up they could go and work in communities and help directly, its not glamorous and you'll be lucky to get thanked but its meaningful Bradley Wiggins takes degree to pursue new career as a social worker

Maybe the plan is for M and H to take the time off and go to a couple's counseling retreat or
accelerated counseling rehab to work through their problems and dissatisfactions in their lives now.
With William using the term "fragile", this has
to be the thinking that this is what they both need. If this is the case, I hope they both get the help they need. For the sake of their baby, they
both need to be in a better place mentally.

I do hope that PH and MM go to a counseling retreat.
I do wish that they would keep their whining private.

Don't throw rocks at me (at least do not throw them too hard), but I think this Thanksgiving in CA is a way to get on Ellen's show and maybe Oprah's show (I am not sure that Oprah still has a show). I do think that they will be dining Thanksgiving Dinner at some swanky place. JMO.

Harry need only to look at his dad and be mad at him for the loss of his mother.

"The View" will be discussing the H and M documentary shortly. Will be interesting to hear what these women have to say.

Will be surprised if these privileged women say anything but poor pitiful M&H.

If you can make it through that show (concerning any topic), you deserve a reward. I cannot stand that show, people talking at the same time and talking over each other. Yikes, gives me a headache.

You're right, ABC just used it as a ad for the doc.
Trivial comments. no depth.

They really kind of glossed over it. All agreed motherhood is hard. Move on.

They showed the ‘I’m not ok” Meghan clip and it left everyone silent. That’s usually not good.

Where I’m having a problem is I’m not liking the scripted feel of the documentary. —With the big reveal, ‘we’re not happy.’

Where I find myself most critical is in their PR choices, how they are presenting themselves, and the BRF by extension.

There’s a formality level. Their job is their charity work. It should be what is speaking. Being a royal has some drawbacks. The press is high on the list.

I keep saying they need a new PR team. If they are coming to LA the press will be there.

The queen will not like it when the press shows H and M all over the US as celebrities.

Here's the full doc. Sorry, but this woman does not fool me--she's beyond disingenuous

Guarantee it that H will return for Christmas gatherings by himself

Your comments about their work being the charities leads me to another pet peeve- when
a newscaster becomes the news. Or when they insert themselves personally in 'the story'.
The charities should be the news. The RF needs to shut down this narrative ASAP.

I just can’t accept this statement.

Diana’s death had absolutely nothing to do with her ex-husband.

She was killed by a drunk driver and lack of proper use of a seat belt.

It would be VERY UNWISE of either of them to show up on a talk show or ( IMHO) to be seen with any celebrities.

Especially Ellen. Who, after all, is in business to exploit fame, celebrity, and sensation. Ellen is no hero in my book.

I think they should fly under the radar but for some reason PH and MM have to have exposure media wise. One of the reasons, I think MM will be on Ellen's show.

I think out of sight, out of mind would be the best option for them but hey they don't listen to me!!!!!

I hope you're wrong, I can't stand the Ellen show, had the misfortune of accidentally watching it the other week! Never in my life have I seen such a brainwashed audience leaping about and clapping like grinning idiots just because a talk show host walked on stage. The royal family do not do chat shows and Meghan will get panned over here if she does.

I agree with the "out of sight out of mind" bit though. Just hope the US paps (and all the grubby UK ones who will no doubt swarm over) somehow lose interest and leave them to it.
