Full video :)

This was absolutely delightful. Both William and Kate seem very down to earth.

I want to adopt Mary Berry! She is so calm in the kitchen.

I want some of those Stilton fig filo appetizers! And the beef stew, oh yum.

What a nice portrait of the causes close to William and Kate’s heart.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte Will Make Their Royal Christmas Debut at Sandringham

Even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are skipping Sandringham festivities with the royals this year, there could be two very special additions for a big part of the holiday traditions.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s two oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will be joining the rest of the royal family at church for the first time this year...

While Prince William and Kate do bring their children to Anmer Hall, their Sandringham country home, none of their kids have ever accompanied their parents to services. But now that Prince George is six and Princess Charlotte is four, that’s all changing.

Observer

I am looking forward to seeing the royals on Christmas Day and Her Majesty’s Christmas message. I hope Her Majesty and the rest of the family have a nice time together given the terrible year they have had with Prince Philip’s accident etc.

what a lovely video. I liked so many parts of it. But the most impressive was when William said how his mother shaking the hand of an AID’s patient changed the perception.

What an incredible thing Diana did.

And I liked the discussion of the importance of public service that is an integral part of the Royal Family.

If only other people of influence were this way. What a difference the world would have

It's in Probate ;)

It looks like it's in mid-renovation. Freshly plastered, painted walls & ceilings, skylights, laminate, sockets & the plumbers just been welding those pipes :p etc.
So I think the 'attic' has been recently converted into an extra bedroom.

Kitchen, bathroom look semi ripped-out.
Either it could be basic updates to sell (but why bother only to auction it off for a pittance of it's potential value?) or the 'estate benefactor' began the renovation but has given up for some reason?

Basically the only work it really needs doing is mainly 'cosmetic' - a place that size wouldn't cost much to completely rip out & replace the entire bathroom, kitchen!

Roof is fine ;) New skylights have been fitted & interior has been plastered, painted...
It's mid-terrace, it's in the same condition as the rest (consistent tiling the full length along row)

Do you mean the area of 'land' it's built on?
It's only a tiny cottage - basically 1 (big) room width
(approx. 8m x 4.5m X3 :D )

The garden looks quite large thou

The reserve price was not met.
To me it looks like the interior has water damage.

It looks like a very large house

it’s strange to me that they do cooking. I would have a chef that made the most delicious beautiful healthy meals.

I would much rather do other things such as read WS,

I wonder if they never have a cook?

It looks like a very large house

The house is 807 sq ft. —Room dimensions are quite small. Tiny, a matchbox by US standards.

It looks like this collection of apartments might have been a converted stable? Maybe in the 80’s? —Rented over the years with minimal maintenance. Many interior elements seem thrown together, wavy exposed piping, the living room definitely doesn’t make much sense...

Skylights can be so problematic. But also things like septic, upgrading plumbing, new bathrooms and kitchen are big ticket infrastructure items.

I love the preservation of old structures that are renovated well. The views are wonderful. It’s got a lot of potential.

Hey!

Keine Engel from article said:
snipped by me....

The cottage in Stroud is down the road from Princess Anne's sprawling Gatcombe Park residence, meaning the Princess Royal would be your neighbour

To me a "cottage" would only have about 4 or 5 windows & have only one floor - and would be a wee bit smaller than this "cottage". LOL!

That’s quite adorable. I remember that age, first time out on one's own. I imagine William learned some cooking as a way to court Kate with some privacy.

They obviously both have a fun time. Their children have exposure to a vegetable garden which connects them to nature’s bounty. It’s a happy thing, definitely.

Love these photos! Princess Margaret was such a classic diva!
Yes. If you want to study fashion of the the 40's, 50's, or 60's, study Princess Margaret

Yes, Prince Louis will be with the family for Christmas, just not at the Christmas morning church service with QE. This is George and Charlotte’s first year to attend this service is my understanding.

Makes sense, as very young children can be unpredictable.
