Was there anything written or reported that his heart surgery was in Mexico or California or elsewhere? He would have to voluntarily allow the High Court to view his HIPPA release paperwork if it was done in the US. Otherwise it’s back and forth as usual. Just a thought.

IIRC it was done in San Diego as reported by the news. No comment from the hospital, of course.

Sounds like the paper did their research so they would have an airtight defense re this suit. Texts and cell phone data would have to be made available for any party to proceed. They cant deflect on this one. JMO

All of this has caused unnecessary drama. It could have been so different.

This is a pretty scathing opinion piece. It also highlights the rough road ahead by jumping into American celeb culture. Hollywood culture is a bubble. They could be facing some bumpy waters here. imo.

It also highlights QE and what duty, diplomacy, and finesse really means.

Some of these opinions reflect what people really think. I think Harry might be in for some rude awakenings as all of this backlash sinks in.

I agree. I think having the responsibility of a wife and son now could trigger PTSD from his mother’s death. He could be dealing with issues surrounding his mother’s death that he never even realized were issues with him. JMO MOO

The got 5 of her friends to malign him in anonymous interviews with People magazine. I hope he sues them once their names are revealed.

PH spoke to him on the phone. MM was working in Toronto at the time. Must have been too busy to visit him, although she made numerous trips to the UK.

Considering she's suing the papers not him and he can't take any money above basic expenses for being a witness he must really dislike them to do this, I would understand it more if he was being sued personally but it seems spiteful the way hes going about it. I don't think either side comes off well in these messages

He has no choice. Both sides( Mm and him) made poor choices in that drama. Jmo
