The palace has announced early stages of labor for Kate, can’t remember far back before her. But I certainly know I was watching the news for every one of Kate’s births as they most certainly announced she was in labor. Not sure why so many are stating this is just not true. Will they for H&M? It was stated they would so why doubt it.

I’ll be honest. It’s hard to read so much negative carp on this thread. Not sure why some would even bother to follow. JMO

Megan needs a decent hair dresser, she has American celebrity friends, I'm sure their co-stars stylists can recommend a good hair relaxer and blow out for her. Kerry Washington, Oprah, Halle Berry. Or she can ask Solange, Kimberly Elise, and Tracee Ellis Ross how to maintain great looking curls.
This is why she needs to have a stylist fly all the way over to the U.K. to do her hair and make up; she doesn't know how to. Her hair is probably all curly after giving birth .
Did Kate need to fly anyone in from abroad to do her hair and makeup after giving birth? I don't recall. But she looked great, and natural, and happy on those steps all 3x.

Point is, she doesn't have to try so hard, that's why she keeps failing. She can just be herself and the world will be alright.

It is going to be interesting to see who the Godparents might be Beatrice, Eugenie, or Zara and Mike Tindell might be in the running. Earl Spencer Princess Diana’s brother is another possibility.

If I recall, they are not really close to their uncle Earl Spencer. Usually the godparents of the upper class are people they have a history with and want to remain close to for life.
I've never gotten the impression they were tight with their cousins Bea/Eugenie. Nothing bad in the relationship, but just not godparent close.

Aww, thank you. I have only been a nurse for 2 years and am still struggling to find my way of decompressing after bad nights. Thankfully they are few and far between.

For those of you who have been overdue, what did you do with those extra weeks? Were you anxious or relaxed like Meghan? Thankfully you didn't have media trying to guess and capture your every move.

I was overdue with my first. Boss made me start maternity leave as I was making him nervous and uncomfortable. You're big as a house, can't get around very well and are beginning to outgrow your maternity clothes. Everything is sort of in limbo, just waiting. Same thing for my sister who went nearly 2 weeks overdue with a 10 lb baby. She couldn't get around much. I took her for drives around the countryside, just for a break. Oh, and you don't feel much like eating, there's no room for food. Just nice cool drinks of water or lemonade.

Yes, the little buggers just keep growing in there. They also don't move much at that stage, they don't have room. Funny thing, both babies were around 10 lbs and are now in late 20's and early 30's. Neither one was chubby or overweight once they got out of the infant stage.

I was 2 1/2 weeks overdue in July. That's how long I had regular contractions.

Walked/waddled in the local park near homes of folks we knew, since only Fox Mulder had a cell phone back then.

Went to an art gallery that had worked for 3 women in my church. Guard didn't like me putting a hand on the blank wall when I had contractions. Possibly worried about mopping?

Scheduled routine car service, as that had worked for 3 other women "oh don't worry, when they take the 4th tire off, the baby will be ready, just call me I have trash bags in the car."

Head like a croquet ball moving around the whole time. He didn't seem to sleep much those weeks.

Yeah, 2 surgeons solved my problem.

I'm happy to provide even more uncomfortable details to teenagers.

This is when Meghan announced her pregnancy. October 2018. Which is why I had originally thought a due date of April. She must have announced the pregnancy the absolute moment she found out, so she isn't over due at all.

Piers Morgan has trash talked the Duchess of Sussex a lot recently she is faking her life it is all an act, she is a social climber etc etc. They used to be friends but when she started dating Harry she ditched him and he has never forgotten it. He has proven why she did not have a choice.

IMO Piers Morgan is a blow hard. Doesn’t know what he is talking about most of the time.

So true! He was handed "Larry King Show" on a platter, and the show had consistently high ratings until his snarkiness turned off viewers, and he slunked home.

“Can’t wait to see her stop hugging her pillow” is so harsh to me when we read so much about parents whom abuse their kids that knocking a mother for hugging her baby in the womb? Goodness me. Come on guys! Let’s see the good in the world! We can all do it!
A baby is coming! A baby we know will be loved and well taken care for.

NO!!! Oh my goodness! In July? I’m so sorry. Even though I was in Florida, my over due was at least in February so no agonizing heat to deal with too. Gah. This is triggering memories isn’t it? Hahaha
