Well . That happens here . Sometimes we get poked in the butt with Fergies umbrella. Sometimes we get poked with Diana's.

All the same. Just fun. Lighthearted banter.
:D And it's always colour co-ordinated!

Prince Harry is used to private helicopters – but got a taste of ordinary air travel when he had to queue to get off a plane, above.

The Duke of Sussex, 34, was spotted on a British Airways flight to London from Rome after playing in a polo match to raise money for his African children’s charity Sentebale.

Fellow passenger Amy Garrick noticed Harry at the front of the plane as she waited to use the loo and later posted: ‘He smiled and said “Hi” when he realised I knew who he was.’

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking to recruit ‘his and hers’ aides from the Foreign Office to help with their bid to become global power figures.

Royal sources say that after losing several key members of staff, the couple are in the process of hiring ‘most of their new team from scratch’.

Meghan lost her assistant private secretary, Amy Pickerall, last month, and The Mail on Sunday understands that Heather Wong, a former US government official who does the same job for Prince Harry, is moving to a new role.

Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew spark reconciliation rumours
Speculation surrounding the former couple's relationship has always been apparent, but it seems the Yorks may have just amped-up speculation after a recent public appearance together.
On Saturday Fergie, Beatrice and Eugenie stepped out in London to support the Duke of York at the Colonel's Review at the Horse Guards Parade.

Later on, Fergie took to her Instagram page, posting a photo with Andrew and their two daughters, expressing how "proud" she was of her ex-husband.
However back in April, a spokesperson for Fergie denied any rumours the couple had reconciled after the rumour mill started churning.

"The Duke and Duchess of York continue to be good friends and nothing has changed in their relationship," the spokesperson said.

King George V and his sons at Trooping the Colour ceremony King's Birthday Parade of 1919, which was held in Hyde Park, London.

"King George V on horseback; followed by other Royals - Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught; Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (future King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) & Prince Henry (Duke of Gloucester) and possibly Prince George, (Duke of Kent)."

 *This seems to be the oldest film footage I can find thus completing our 'Trooping on Film' history collection*

Love this but where was Prince Albert, (IIRC) Duke of York, later King George VI, father of HRH Elizabeth?

Is the commentary confused, again IIRC Arthur, Duke of Connaught was HRH Victoria's son & was living in 1919. He served as Governor of Canada.

The Great Stair at the Palace of Holyroodhouse

"When it was first built, the Great Stair was considered at the forefront of building design and technology. Perhaps its most notable feature is the spectacular plasterwork ceiling...

Visitors to the palace are greeted with large fresco paintings as they make their way up the Great Stair. These Italian works of art were completed in 1550 and were purchased by Prince Albert"
