No you’re right he wouldn’t be at the banquet no I just meant a state visit wouldn’t be fun for a teen. I don’t know if he could have gone on the London Eye etc with security concerns. I’m sure he is happy being at home with his Grandparents looking after him.

She pretty much has to meet him. It would look 'off' if she didnt. I highly doubt she likes him. It's all for appearance. She is a pro and gets on with the job. It just makes me feel a bit sick seeing the royals and politicians having to pander to him.

I respectfully have an opposite viewpoint Except to say that yes, the Queen is the ultimate "pro!"

Posting Obama’s family pics wasn’t done on purpose, it was the first pics that came up on google. I have no opinion regarding Obama on this thread at all. It is kinda hurtful to me while we are having fun on this thread, our little bit of daily brevity as it were, to imply we are getting inflammatory and “political” because some pics of our former president have been posted? If that’s not the case then I apologize, it just seemed that way as that was posted after my post

Was just comparing the contrast in those pics to the ones we have seen this week. It’s a stark contrast. (To me) I can find other former Presidents too
