I just thought of something! Remember LE putting crime-scene tape back up on Monday July 6th? That was the day of the FUNERAL:

Why would they put the yellow tape back up on that Monday, after they had just taken it down and released the house on Friday, July 3rd?
Possible reason:
CWW was in town for the funeral, as we all know. Did he go to the house on the previous weekend (July 3,4,5) and joined MS and/or Dr S's brothers in the effort to check the alarm system and why it had not gone off? In the end he used to work for an alarm company before! How convenient and very helpful!
When I talked to neighbors on Jarvis Rd, I had conflicting information regarding MS going into the house with T's brothers versus staying in the car behind. If CWW was the one going inside and MS was staying in the car, then that would explain it.
The house was still under constant observation for days after the (Friday) release by LE. They were parked on the street in front of the house. They would notice anyone entering/leaving the house on Jarvis.
They could have gotten a new search warrant based on something in connection they already had in regards to CWW (partial print/hand), went back, put the yellow tape up and took new evidence to compare against what was left behind by CWW, when he returned for the funeral. The initial finds may have not been fingerprints but palm prints and foot prints. The new evidence may have matched anything found at the crime scene. They may have already had a lead on CWW due to computer emails/ phone/ correspondence.
They then processed and went immediately to MO most likely prior to 7/12 to take CWW into custody. I do not believe the warrant did not go through. I think that was intentionally done to create movement.
Eventually they were able to arrest CWW and JR.
All my opinion of course

Going back through to look for something else and seeing many things that now later are relevant
:moo:...
Analogous to Skinner commenting . I didn't think anything s/he had to say was too important but looking back it was very very important the lMANY things that s/he said.
Crime scene put back up on day of funeral ....
This might be something to add to the Forum time line perhaps, even if before it did not make the cut to add ?
It has everything needed to do so including a link ...if moderators looking back think it is worthy of adding.
