i bet the house is totally underwater and this is a great way for MS to 'save face' and it's part of his plan to 'walk away from it because how could anyone ever live in it after what happened to his wife ...' just my opinion...

i am petrified that MS is going to get away with it - that CWW will NEVER give up information to implicate MS. CWW is going to fall on his sword for his ol' buddy. After all, MS trusted CWW to do this vicious deed and instead CWW goes and gets this dumb flunky, JR, who goes and confesses to his girlfriend. MS is furious CWW was so stupid. CWW will take the fall. all just my opinion. i think that TS was just starting to uncover the schemes ...MS and CWW knew the gig was unraveling fast and she HAD to go. Yes, they both knew the investigation by Law Enforcement reveal CWW's record and would look at him closely. MS and CWW had it planned so perfectly and both such GENUIS' that they would never get caught. They knew LE would suspect both of them but there would be no physical evidence. The jumpsuit (how sick is that)...the Sheriff did say they ALMOST did get away with leaving NO evidence.

FelicityLemon Hmmm, it took him 11 weeks to put up NO TRESPASSING SIGNS, so I don't think "natural protectiveness" comes quickly for this guy. I think the "attention & scrutiny" of his comings and goings (something no one has questioned for years?) is really weighing on his carefree/man-about-town ego. NO TRESPASSING SIGNS are not going to stop cameras from being stationed on the street, stop neighbors from watching out their windows, or provide ANY extra level of security for his daughters. Afterall, if a wooden stick in the ground, with plastic 9x12 inch sign stapled to it and "hammered" into the ground, is the sign of a "naturally protective parent"....then ????
I think it is "resentment" ....what will he do if he suspects someone has "trespassed" anyway? Call the police and show them the state-of-art-security-video from his alarm system???

Skinner did state that he has lots of guns... If MS shoots someone on his property the no trespassing signs will help his defense.

This has bothered me about the "more thorough autopsy and forensics work on her body than would be normally done." In any murder like this a thorough autopsy and forensics work would be done as a matter of course. Not sure what he was implying happens in other cases like this. I think that was just back door communication through Skinner that he, MS was trying to appear "helpful". It's twisted, that comment. Of course they are going to check her fingernails, etc. Did MS have knowledge that someone was scratched?

Don't forget JR and CWW were "seen"at Wal-Mart. LE knew this early on, before JR confessed. Also LE hinted they know the motive. They also expressed evidence and tips coming in at the beginning of the investigation. That tells me perps were sloppy and as a result justice will prevail.

Why would the No Trespassing signs lead to an uneasy feeling? I can think of other reasons, a lot, actually, as to why they would feel uneasy, but why the signs? The signs I get. He doesn't want people who shouldn't be on his property who shouldn't be. Thoughts?

I think the comment the neighbor made about the "uneasy feeling" is just reflective of this thing is not over yet and now we have more reminders of what happened. I live in a average middle Midwest neighborhood and if some one put up no trespassing signs on their house we would be like "what the hey?" I don't personally think their comment was a big deal. I understand why he has the signs up. Just like we are not going to stop following this story until it's conclusion, neither is the press and the looky-loos.

Why do you hope he has to sell it at a huge discount? He may have to. At this point we do not know that he is responsible for his wife's murder. I personally think he is involved and I also think his association with low life scum, and he himself appears to be other than what some knew him as, makes him someone I would not want to have in my life, but I don't wish him ill at this point, only justice for everyone. And if he does go up the river, the sale of the house most likely would go to supporting his children which I am sure are innocent of any wrongdoing.

As far as him not inhabiting the house, really there would not be a moments peace. And how hard would it be for you to live there is it was your spouse. I couldn't.

Is it usual that a house gets transferred from one spouse to another so soon after death? He certainly didn't waste any time.

Also, there is a floorplan of the house under "Appraisal Details". It seems to show only 2 doors - the front and the "jimmied" one.

I guess one reason why he is not inhabiting the house, is that he wants to sell it asap. I hope he has to sell at a large discount, because who wants to live in a house where a murder has just taken place.

I am personally aware of forensic work and evidence retention debacles that made me wonder WTH. Perhaps MS knew of a case where the forensic work wasn’t thorough, where there should have been fingernail scrapings taken and this didn’t happen? Dunno, but……. I know of a case where fingernail scrapings weren’t obtained when they should have been.

There were two similar murders in 1987 within a few days of each other in the same county. Both murders are still unsolved. I knew one of the victims, and, along with 2 other FM, found the victim dead in her home.

There was evidence collected under the fingernails of the murder victim I found, but when this evidence was sent to a lab for analysis (many years later), the evidence container was reported by the lab to be EMPTY. There wasn’t any fingernail evidence collected from the other murder victim. Both victims were strangled and/or smothered and LE says the perp is the same for both murders. I have hundreds of pages of police reports on these two cases.

A couple of things. I won't comment on the girls but MS is back in the house, which also explains the no trespassing signs. Without getting into details, it is safe to say that if someone is attempting to collect money via a ******** account, keep a practice open, sending emails telling patients to continue to order supplements as they have in the past - this all speaks of financial need to me. Look at the year the Sievers house was built. That was the height of the construction boom and housing boom in Florida. It is not typical to pay cheap pricing during boom times. Cheap pricing happens during bust times. We know there was the initiation of a foreclosure within the past five years that was dismissed. That also speaks to financial difficulty within the past five years surrounding the house. I am not at all surprised that MS painted a picture of "I can't go back to the house" for a particular audience knowing full well he would be going back. That is his mode of operating in my opinion. MS also has family in and around the Naples area so if he needs to not be at the Jarvis road residence he has a place to go.

One other thing, TS absolutely believed in anti-aging and functional medicine. After becoming an MD, she took the additional steps needed to become board certified in anti-aging and functional medicine. TS also took it one step further and went back to school for a masters degree in nutrition/metabolic nutrition. TS was not a money monger at any time in her life. We had many talks about how anti aging medicine was only just beginning to gain acceptance. TS believed that there was so much push back about anti aging medicine because if people followed the principles of holistic medicine, many drugs and drug companies/many insurers and insurance companies would lose money. TS firmly believed that what people put in their mouths/or didn't put in their mouths for food and nutrition was the root of many chronic diseases and illnesses. I cannot stress this enough. If TS believed something she would promote it, not for the profit but because she really believed it could help someone. But TS also knew the limits of holistic medicine just as much as she knew the limits of standard care. That is why she would work individually with each patient to decide what aspects of holistic, anti-aging and/or western/standard medicine would work best for each individual. I am sure the verified patients will back me up. The funny thing is TS would help very close friends and family for free. I am sure TS used the same approach for the people that she loved as she did her patients.

I think MS and TS had a nice life going for themselves. We have not read of any financial difficulties and did not seem to live above their means. I still Think CWW is the bad guy in all this. I could very well be totally wrong and it wont be the first time and wont be the last.
These 2 men look so much alike its scary. Id bet my last dollar CWW has an ID or drivers lic with MS name on it.
If he is as computer savy as everyones says he probably has MS birthdate and SS #.
What else would he need?

Foreclosure was terminated. Does that mean the house was paid off in full? Is it possible that MS borrowed money from a loan shark that CCW referred him to? If MS didn't make timely payments or pay in full, is it possible that the lender assumed there would be a hefty life insurance on the borrower's wife (being a doctor and living in a nice home, etc.)? He could have used CCW as the tool to kill the borrower's wife to 1) expedite repayment via life insurance, and 2) serve as a warning and a punishment to the borrower. Lender would have used CCW to do the deed to teach him a lesson for bringing him a deadbeat. Lender would pay CCW for the job, CCW would pay JR from his portion.

I'm not sure if this is the correct thread - does this go in the "MS is not involved" thread. Hard to know.

We all try to tell our kids there are no monsters and there is no one under the bed.
