The Croslins moved out - will the sale help make bond?

  • #41
Gosh I would hate to be her and have every move I make dissected on the internet. I think I would try to move to France or something.

  • #42
I hope that Lindsey realizes that if she bails Tommy out, she will have Lisa and Hank Sr. living in the condo also. She will be bringing all of her problems with her. Second verse, same as the first.

  • #43
If Lindsey sales, how much is that property worth in cash???

Where is Hank and Lisa???

I just read this article about Hank Sr. & Lisa:

Final Connection To Haleigh Cummings Leaves Neighborhood

SATSUMA, Fla. -- Later Wednesday, relatives of Haleigh Cummings will hold a candlelight vigil in the Satsuma neighborhood where she vanished a year ago.

But after the ceremony, there will be no one related to Haleigh living in the neighborhood. The final connection to the family moved out last weekend.

Ronald Cummings lived in a trailer with his girlfriend, Misty, a year ago when the girl disappeared. Deputies made the trailer off-limits for weeks, and her family never moved back into the home in the Satsuma neighborhood near Highway 17.

Misty's brother, Tommy Croslin, and her father, Hank Croslin Sr., lived about 100 yards away in the same neighborhood.

But neighbors say Hank Croslin Sr. moved out last Saturday, leaving behind some broken furniture and toys on the road. The seven neighbors First Coast News talked to Tuesday said they were glad all the relatives are gone.

"They were a nuisance to the neighborhood," said neighbor Stephanie Santos. "They were very scary to the kids."

Well if she has signed her rights away to the property..... by this quit claim I guess unless Grandpa helps her out this property will not be used for collateral. She no longer owns it.

  • #45
OK so someone help me understand this court docket. I don't understand the secured debt part. Anyone help me? Thanks Lurker so her name was on another property and she signed off on it? Interesting.

Anyone know what this means?
Says on the 28th of January a secured bond was set?

2010-01-28 8 CT I - $5004 AND CT II $2504 SECURED BOND SET

These were the two bonds revoked when he was arrested on the drug charges. It appears they are reset. Based on this court docket and compared to his PC booking which Dr. Know? also followed my post with.

When you pull up Tommy's PC booking record the only thing showing 0 bond now is the new charges that he has not been to court on yet. Note the only 0 is for the new charges on theft. Important to note once the bond for that theft charge is set he will be bondable!

A bit of real estate info to help out:

Unless a mobile home is on a permanent foundation, it is owned much like a motor vehicle. There are tags that need to be paid through the Dept. of Motor Vehicles and there would be an ownership registration like a motor vehicle.

Any DEEDS are on the property and wouldn't include the MH - UNLESS it is on a permanent foundation.

I was in real estate for 20 years. Hope this helps the sleuthing! :blowkiss:
This may be true in Florida, but not the case in my State and hasn't been for many, many years. DMV has nothing to do with the sale of a Mobile Home, it is taxed under Personal Property just like a home yearly.

Good Lord these court records and bonds do not give enough information. But it appears that Tommy's lawyer at this point is working toward getting his bonds set. Twall you may be right on this one!!!!!

I'm wondering if the one 0 bond is for the gun theft or the theft of the occupied building.

One thing I believe we will see is once these trafficing charges get before a judge we will see bond reductions. They seem high. Not just for Tommy but for everyone.

I think its sad to do all of this wrangling to get someone out who is just going right back in...Take the money and run honey! use it for a divorce lawyer, and feed your kids!

Twall I'm not going to hit quote and recopy all of that again. Thank You. None of these records are completely in sync. I guess the attorney knows. :) I hope.

I believe we really won't know what bonds are what until they all have their arraignments which in some cases are set for March.

What a jangled up mess to try to interpret. You are right St. John and Putnam have shown different things, off and on through the course.

I so WANT an answer as to why St John's is NOT showing bond for the drug trafficking and PC is showing the $100,000.00!

It also could be that she won't sell it right away. If she has enough for the cash bond then maybe the reason Grandpa signed it over to her is so that she can use it as collateral for the rest of the bond. Just all a guess. But I have a feeling someone is guiding her and that makes me feel better.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I thought the Grandparents helped them get into the home when things were going much better for them. I think they paid for it and Tommy and Lindsey were making payments to them. Older mobile homes are almost impossible to finance through a bank. The final straw came with the drug bust. With Tommy in jail and her in-laws mooching off her I think the Grandparents were helping Lindsey financially they told her you have to leave and sign it back over to us so we can sell it and get our money back. That would also get the in-laws out if they didn't want to go. I'm the new owner and your evicted. So hopefully Lindsey will be around people who love her and have common sense and the longer Tommy is in jail the better off she will be. And staying with the Grandparents will keep the in-laws and the outlaws away and she will get a job and meet normal people her own age and she will come to terms with the fact that she is better off without Tommy. Lindsey is a smart woman who got mixed up with the wrong crowd. She got through high school, got married, had 3 children and got through nursing school. Having 3 children and making it through nursing school alone is hard enough......This woman did it with all these drug addicts and all there nonsense around her! She needs to be away from that whole environment to remember what a normal life is like.

Tommy appeared in court the morning after the drug trafficking arrest.
The $100,000 bond was set then. The burglary charges were added. The bond from the Sept. theft charge was revoked. All 3 of those cases are now consolidated.
This is why we now see his latest booking itemized this way.
I came to this conclusion by studying the court dockets which I won't post here due to the length of them.
I hope that helps explain his situation better.

It seems to me that the only way he can bond out is IF the bond for the Sept. theft charge is re-instated. That bond would have to be put up along with the new burg/theft charges ($7504 total)
and the $100,000 drug traffic charge. That would be over $10,750 plus collateral for the rest-I don't see it happening. Now that Lindsy is away from the Croslins (I hope she is) I hope she stays away. She is a smart young woman with 3 young children and a nursing degree. She can do it on her own-I just hope she wants to.

One has to feel bad for the kids of Tommy and Lindsy - at the end of this tape you can hear LC tell Misty that Lindsy can't find a job because of all this stuff being on tv.

http://www.wftv.com/news/22531052/detail.html

Lindsy would be wise if she realized that Tommy is going to jail, she is going to be on her own with three kids - if she knows anything, she could dramatically improve her situation if she came forward with it as that would end up on tv as well. She could at least make herself look decent. Maybe her Grand Dad can talk some sense into her. Good luck GP.

Lindsy does know something. She is the one that showed the police where the towels, videos were. She knew Tommy stole them. I wonder how Tommy is going to take it when he finds this out.
