Oh Allison...how can he just sit there...still not man enough, never was,never will...not even to spare this from his children. I am so sad and so angry that someone so full of life had everything sucked from her. Yet she kept fighting for her girls.

No matter what the outcome of this trial (and I am hoping for guilty) his daughters will have lost all the love they had for him. And as they get older and learn or read about the reality of how their father treated their mother they will despise him. How sad for them to have lost both parents. He has no-one but himself to blame.

Maybe he said things to her that implied or expressed that she was not good enough. Far too good for the like of the BC clan. IMO

I wonder if this panic attack was what happened on the way to playgroup with Olivia.

Also wanted to comment on the defence trying to play down Toni's evidence that GBC was going to leave his wife for her and was just stringing her on and never kept any of his promises. They are trying to suggest that GBC never would have left his wife for Toni. The prosecution will say he gave her a written commitment that he would leave Allison by 1 July and the fact is that he was free to be with Toni by that date. Promise satisfied.

12:29pm: Under questioning from defence barrister Michael Byrne QC Ms Nutting described Mr Baden-Clay as a "caretaker".

"He certainly wanted her to be fit. He didn't want her having those flashbacks," she said.

"I don't know, maybe he was feeling guilty, I don't know."

IMO GBC was only concerned with his own happiness and if you did not contribute to that happiness you were the problem. True narcissist.
