So I guess part if it is up to what resources are available?
Well I am in southwest Sydney hahahaha
So I guess part if it is up to what resources are available?
Address of offence: CREEK - KHOLO CREEK, MOUNT CROSBY,QLD 4306
Is there a map with the location of where ABC was found?
Or coordinates and I can look up a map?
TIA :seeya:
I think someone else must have been involved after Allison's death. Her body was taken to Kholo Creek but I wonder if it was someone else, not GBC. If one of the girls had woken up and someone other than their parents was there they would remember. However, if they woke up and came out and Daddy said "shh, Mummy's asleep, go back to bed' they would be none the wiser.
I don't think Olivia knew what happened until later, if at all. I don't think she would risk being convicted of a crime and spend time in gaol away from her own children.
I get what you mean. In my thinking though, it would be stranger (and pretty dumb) for her to say that comment in seriousness. I mean, I'm sure the lady is no fool - if her brother really said that then I think she'd have the sense to not repeat it.
I truly think the tone of the comment has been lost in translation to text - I'm thinking she didn't even consider how such a thing would sound minus the sarcastic tone she used (imo).
Of course, I don't know what actually happened, but this scenario seems to make the most sense. It was a stupid, rash and smart a** comment - just my humble opinion![]()
Something woke a daughter because she got up for a drink water. Maybe she used that excuse just to see if mummy was OK.

I'm wondering about Allison's chipped eye tooth with sharp edge - as the forensic dentist said.
Just type Kholo Creek Bridge into Google maps

A picture was missing off the wall when Allison's mother arrived. Was that picture used as a weapon by GBC?
I say Gerrid instead of Allison because the picture held particular significance to Allison. So it would be unlikely Allison would tear it down and take an argument outside. The picture was alluding to looking forward to the future with a back to the past. (The notion might have stuck in his craw so to speak. The notion of hindsight or foresight I mean.)
In today's Telegraph it states, Ms McHugh said "GBC had told her in June of 2012 about affairs with two other women". At the time he had just rekindled his relationship with Ms McHugh after a break of several months.
Yet, I feel sure I read she claimed to be unaware of the other affairs until told by Police.
It might not even come into play during the trial. Might not be considered relevant, who knows
Back in the day, though, when we heard rumours about 'walk, hole, not coming back', we were shocked to the core and rightly so, imo. Most of us have had children, or nieces, nephews, etc. We know we need to be careful about what we say, because children take us literally. And not as if GBC and OBW weren't accustomed to children
Personally, I feel she did say it. And to top it off, concluded with 'Is that Ok?' according to Ash's statement. But he dutifully wrote it all down
I don't think anyone is denying SHE said it, it's whether she just made up a smart a** comment, or whether Gerard said it and she was repeating it that is under discussion......

Yes the police told her first, think it was in May or early June 2012. Then she arranged to meet with GBC (can't recall which of them instigated it) in one of the agency's rental properties in the Valley. Here, in June, not long before the arrest, she confronted him about what the police had told her.
I'm wondering if the lights were on all night in the BC house?
A pity neighbours hadn't noticed.
The case is based on circumstantial evidence, and the prosecution is slowly adding to its case with each new witness. I believe the prosecution is being very methodical in its approach, building a clearer picture step by step. Finally, all the disparate strands will be woven together in the closing argument. Take heart "beyond reasonable doubt" does not mean that no doubt exists as to the guilt of the accused, only that no reasonable doubt is possible from the evidence presented.
She was aware that he slept with someone in Sydney at a conference because he called her and told her and convinced her to fly down that day...
Seriously, as if you would? It's sad really...
