I agree but if you knocked yourself and bled in your car, you would clean it up. And you would probably tell your kids or other half about it.

Crap, I think defense is going to say that Allison had a panic attack and went to lie down but passed out and hit her head.

One problem is that Byrne has told how Gerard will say that he told the girls that Allison would be home by the time they got home from school. Yet Olivia said he'd told them Allison had fallen down a hole and wouldn't be back.

Now the problem is that the comment from Olivia IS on the police statements - BUT IT WASN'T PRESENTED IN EVIDENCE. So the jurors do NOT know that bit - unless it comes out in cross examination, which would be difficult as it would need to come from the police.

Potential problem right there - for the prosecution

Wondering why Olivia's statement about the 'hole' wasn't made known to the jury. Wondering what on earth Olivia's presence on the stand was for, if prosecution didn't intend to question her about the 'hole' statement to police

Confess to being concerned about prosecution's approach

Gerard on Toni: In my mind we did not have a relationship. #badenclay

Oh and I'm such a nice guy and it totes wasn't a relationship and that's why I threw in the idea that I was going to be free on my wife's birthday because it was all such a joke hhhhahhaha.
Ugh.

Disgusting! She's lost her mother and now her father is going to chance her reading this testimony someday and might think her mum didn't want her. That's just lovely. What loving father/husband would do this? He wouldn't, even IF if were true! He would protect his child!

Marly better get back here before I implode.

*slips Kim a valium*

Just sickening. I'm just catching up on the last few hours now - really regretting eating my lunch so quickly...
