The Dogs

Hi mckazpm

Did you see a vehicle from the Home Security System people there? I wonder if somehow they have been testing the system, perhaps in conjunction with LE. It seems strange that the alarm should all of a sudden be malfunctioning.

Anyway, I hope MS lets the 24 hour dog notice lapse, so they can finally get out of there.

Okay...a couple of corrections, it is WINK News who is sitting out front. The reporter was filming the front of the house and MS showed up. MS honked at him, but did not stop...my guess, he didn't want to be on camera. MS then went around the block and came back again, honking, but no stop. Reporter is pretty much camped out & not leaving...waiting for someone to return.

There is a large orange sticker on the garage door and front door. I don't have the exact wording, but it states that MS has 24 hours to remove the dogs or they will be taken.

I'm sure the reporter will have a good photo of the notices that are posted.

THANK YOU! Funny they didn't give MS a friendly warning before publicly shaming him for the treatment of those dogs. Anything to turn up the heat, huh?

So MS is mistreating the dogs by leaving them alone in the house all day and only coming over to feed them. Good on your local Animal Control people for putting a stop to it!

Oh, I would think local LE will spend as much time as possible in the presence of MS. Perhaps they have to wait for something.........and have advised MS that he had better stick around. Wonder what his demeanor is in the presence of LE? 'Cause you know they have to be giving him the "fish eye".

As we know from the Casey Anthony case, there is not a thing MS can do to prevent the news people from camping out on the street outside this house. And videotaping who goes in and out.
Wonder what he thought blowing his horn was going to accomplish?

ANYBUDDY THINK THIS IS SURPRISINGLY COINCIDENTAL WITH CWW DROPPING HIS REQUEST FOR BOND this afternoon???? Who gives up on a bond hearing? WHO!? Is somebody finally willing to say, "I confess, he made me do it?"

Most interesting, wonder what his reason is going to be.

Do LE typically respond to animal control calls for two+ hours?

I was trying to post very quickly and misunderstood that MS went into drive (he did not)... I have a family member relaying quickly and trying to get info for me to post. I apologize for misunderstanding that detail. It is believed that the dogs may be tripping the alarm. I hope he doesn't go back to the house so that the animals are taken and put in a good home. To leave them alone in the house for that long is wrong! It seems to just be media who is left now.

Wink news is parked in my neighbor's driveway as well..

it is disgusting to think they left those dogs in that house alone! I sent an email to multiple reporters and Lee County asking about the dogs around the time JR and CWW were arrested and it was reported they hadn't seen anyone come or go for 48 hours.
.....and this has been going on for MONTHS! Pretty heartless IMO. What kind of person treats his pets that way?

I'm going out on a limb here, but its probably safe to say TS was the primary caretaker of those dogs. MS must be very detached from the dogs, from TS, from his children.

It's been months, how do we know MS hasn't already had several "friendly warnings"?
Shaming him? He shamed himself!.

Most interesting, wonder what his reason is going to be.

It looked like the latest news article from St. L. Quoted his attny as saying something to the effect of (and I'm paraphrasing ) that it would be pointless to fight for a bond since his charges don't allow for a bond. I took it mean that a 2nd degree murder charge is an automatic no bond...no if, ands or buts

I would think he'd want to keep any bad publicity under his control, far far away. But, maybe the "warning" is why MS trotted the dogs out a few days ago for reporters to see.

That seems clear. AGREE.

Jarvis as well, Papillon. Unless he comes in at night, no one has been seen going into the home pretty much since the arrests. To me, that shows quite a bit about a person.

BBM. The horn-blowing indicates he is reactive and not very bright...IMO

Also, remember that cute story supposedly told by the children about how MS brought cat food to homeless cats on the street or something similar? It was what inspired them to create the U2 LLC. So, here is MS feeding the homeless cats of the world and leaving his deceased wife's dogs to rot alone in an empty house. Makes sense.

Noooo, but this is a special case. And, I'm sure LE would have been delighted for the opportunity to have a chat with MS had he stopped his vehicle instead of twice driving around the block honking.

I don't understand.. if he feeds the dogs daily and gives them water what is he doing wrong? Even if he misses a day..how do the police know for sure.. or anyone know for sure he hasn't been there or someone hasnt been there.. unless they are tailing him? How can they order you to remove your dogs from your own home? If they are dirty, neglected, skinny, then the dog control would take them. What am i missing? jmo

Hopefully there is a doggie door for them to go potty. If not it must stink to high heaven in there.

My gut tells me LE is on MS like white on rice and is likely tracking his every move whenever possible. Moo. But, I sure hope and pray they are.
