Exactly ... a very small room ... which makes it all the more mystical as to how the key appeared on 11/8 after the "very small room" was already searched a few times.

HE didnt twist and pull it watch his movements then go back and look at all the pictures of that cabinet and tell me that it was moved. Cause it was never moved from the spot on the wall. How could he have twisted shaken and pulled it and have it still be set in the same exact place it was 3 days before. Not to mention all the items had changed several times. But the phone paper and envelope always seem to be in the exact same place. He did not SHAKE anything. They were jus twaiting for a time to drop it on his DNA infested floor. all nice and clean to collect only his DNA. They didnt even need to rub it on anything prior to it being in the house and them dropping it. They just had to touch it to those Slippers he Sweat in and Skin Cells were all over those. Plus they moved those slippers back. GO back look at the hallway pictures.

Then he should have reported that in his report that was given to the Defense in Discovery, So they knew He would be testifying about the key he supposedly found but never mentioned prior to the testimony. Cause he was lying. THey all were. Why does the warrant lie and not name Lenk or Colborn being in that room Or being with when Remiker walked through Steves house on the 4th. They were Trying to keep up the appearance of lying to the public about recusing themselves from the case.

I did forget about that but how about almost every other person in the sheriff office saying SA is guilty and not allowed phone calls with his lawyer before he came in front of any jury?They even showing SSA leading that kid into saying he did it when he did not and it is later discovered that he did not have anything to do with it.

There is no definitive proof that Lenk planted the key in Avery's trailer. There is, however, concrete proof that Steven Avery handled that key. The rebuttal to Avery's DNA being found on the key contains some major logistical holes. The most prevalent hole is in regards to the alleged methods used by Lenk and/or Colburn. For example, if Lenk and/or Colburn went through the trouble (e.g., going through two locked doors at the Clerk's Office) of obtaining Avery's blood and placing it inside Halbach's vehicle, why not simply place a minute amount of blood on the key? Why deposit Avery's blood inside Halbach's vehicle, yet deposit Avery's Touch DNA on the key to Halbach's vehicle?

Avery supporters are basically postulating that instead of framing Avery in one fell swoop, Lenk and/or Colburn went about this frame-up in a random manner. IMO, that narrative is absurd and speaks to the levels that supporters will go to bang square pegs into round holes. This hodge podge thought process only adds to the complexity of this frame-up. In other words, why would Lenk and Colburn purposely make this plan more complicated than it needs to be?

IMO, a drop of blood without Avery's touch DNA would point to a frame up even more. It's bad enough that TH's DNA is nowhere to be found on the key and she handled it every day.

Ok come on now! I think everyone just loves to say SWEAT or something (KK especially) :giggle:. What we are really talking about is perspiration washing off skin cells- epithelial cells. It's the same cells all over his bedroom and shed in his friggin slippers and all over his toothbrush. I wish KK would stop talking about it like it's blood. It's just transfer from his room. You take a pristine and washed key and roll it around his slippers there's gonna be some SA dna on it. I'm so on board with you again Mystic

I don't think it is that easy. and you are talking about transferring the cells 2 times from one source and I don't think that holds up.. There could very well be sweat there. Perspiration can be detected.

How would one have sweat on the floor. And Dna other than hair or skin cells? How would sweat be on the floor?

Everything in that trailer had SA's DNA all over it... the bed, the slippers, the floor.... if officers are touching things in his room, then touched the key, oops transferred a bit of SA DNA. Drop the key on the slippers... oops, got a bit of SA DNA on them. Culhane had to swab the whole black part of the key and key itself to get the very small amount of DNA, which she did not do a presumptive test on, so we don't know if it was blood. She only came up with SA's DNA.... not a mix of SA and TH. How odd is that? She uses the key all the time and her DNA isn't on it?

For me... it's the lack of her DNA on it. That doesn't make sense to me. That and.... where are her other keys? the one's that have her house, garage, studio keys? I am not even convinced that the key that was found was the key she used all the time.
