The Key: Planted or Not? Impact?

How would one have sweat on the floor. And Dna other than hair or skin cells? How would sweat be on the floor?

Hahaha I used the word sweat cause KK likes to use that as the source of DNA. HAHA. I would think that SA's SKIN CELLS would be all over the floor he walked on daily. and all over the slippers he put his feet in everyday. Im sure he did have sweaty feet at sometime and walked in his slippers or over his carpet and left skin cells all over. The key didn't need to be scrubbed with something all they had to do is lay it on the floor. DNA is sensitive. That's why they have protocols in the lab about contamination. I am just saying that if the key was planted by cops they didn't even need to rub it on anything Being on his floor and near his slippers, chances are DNA was transferred from these things alone.

Protocol's....silly... they don't have protocols or if they do, they just deviate from them anyway :silenced:

But only to make sense they deviated in this case. To make sense that he did it. That statement there said a lot for me. when Gahn said that about the protocols and deviations. Kusche's statement or should say question and answer of himself about DNA evidence being fabricated said a lot too. I was writing a list of the quotes The state players had said that just make me think they are guilty of this framing.

Heck yes.
If I don't get a PEDI on a REGULAR basis I am a CALLUS QUEEN!!:yuck:

Can you imagine SA's nasty feet??
CORN'S, CALLUS'S, SKIN CELLS & ALL, after a nice, LONG summer??

My guess, not too much trouble getting some dead skin cells to flake off into a pair of slippers or onto the floor.

You got that right!

Same here.
Ok come on now! I think everyone just loves to say SWEAT or something (KK especially) :giggle:. What we are really talking about is perspiration washing off skin cells- epithelial cells. It's the same cells all over his bedroom and shed in his friggin slippers and all over his toothbrush. I wish KK would stop talking about it like it's blood. It's just transfer from his room. You take a pristine and washed key and roll it around his slippers there's gonna be some SA dna on it. I'm so on board with you again Mystic

Again, most of the responses to DOCUMENTED FACT (e.g., Avery's DNA on Halbach's key) do not contain one iota of definitive proof that Lenk or Colburn planted that key. Speculate to your heart's content, but the presentation of concrete evidence is what led to Avery's conviction, and this same evidence has kept him in jail for the past decade. Heck, take the key out of the equation and you still have the victim's burned bones in Avery's backyard; the victim's personal belongings in a burn barrel 20 feet from Avery's front door; 3 larger bones from the victim found in a barrel 200 feet from Avery's residence; Avery's DNA found under the hood of the victim's vehicle; Avery's blood found in 6 locations inside the victim's LOCKED vehicle; etc., etc.

Was probably an alien. since I have given you evidence for reasons to doubt but I guess the alien dropped it there cause they sure as heck didn't TWIST PULL OR SHAKE it like testified too. Testified to after OMITTING information on a report that defense was working with. More Lies and omissions by the officers who weren't even supposed to be there. They proved to me that they were all liars. I have no reason to think that the law enforcement said anything truthful anywhere along the line.

It's obvious IMO that there is no way that shelf was twisted, pulled and shaken. So why lie about it? unless you are trying to justify it mysteriously appearing? That key was a pretty big find.... so big that they stopped everything and took pictures... oh wait... they meticulously put everything back into the shelf first (did they get any SA DNA on them while doing that?).... they knew it was big though! Sooooooo big, that Colborn didn't put it in the report? Or as Buting puts it.... didn't want to commit his story to paper!

As for the other evidence.... all the evidence is questionable.... I have found no evidence that isn't. It's the craziest thing. The bones in the barrel (more than 3 btw), the bones at the quarry.... the bones in the burnpit... none were documented properly! The RAV4.... the blood.... the electronics.... the license plates.... all was found in easily accessible spots.

JMO I will keep speculating because this investigation (or lack of) has given every reason to speculate.

How did the cops get that key? No one has been able to show the cops had it in order to plant it. Saying the cops must have had it is not evidence.

Why would the cops need to wipe the key clean? Remember they knew enough to wear gloves. Removing evidence linking TH to that key makes no sense for the cops.

TH DNA does not have to be removed in order for SA DNA to be found on the key as well.

Who benefits from wiping that key clean?

Who was able to get ahold of that key? I say it was the person who had access to TH and her SUV at the time of her murder. Therefore, her killer.

If TH's key was never found, could SA still have been convicted of her murder? There was plenty of evidence and the key was not the slam dunk in this case, not by far. Throw out the key altogether, pretend it was never found. The jury still would have had enough to convict.

Then he should have reported that in his report that was given to the Defense in Discovery, So they knew He would be testifying about the key he supposedly found but never mentioned prior to the testimony. Cause he was lying. THey all were. Why does the warrant lie and not name Lenk or Colborn being in that room Or being with when Remiker walked through Steves house on the 4th. They were Trying to keep up the appearance of lying to the public about recusing themselves from the case.

JMO

What warrant are you referring to? The search warrant?

Colborn wasn't at at the Averys on the 4th. Remiker and Lenk were there. Lenk stayed in the living room with SA while Remiker had a quick look around. At this stage, Lenk was of the opinion that SA was not involved.

HE didnt twist and pull it watch his movements then go back and look at all the pictures of that cabinet and tell me that it was moved. Cause it was never moved from the spot on the wall. How could he have twisted shaken and pulled it and have it still be set in the same exact place it was 3 days before. Not to mention all the items had changed several times. But the phone paper and envelope always seem to be in the exact same place. He did not SHAKE anything. They were jus twaiting for a time to drop it on his DNA infested floor. all nice and clean to collect only his DNA. They didnt even need to rub it on anything prior to it being in the house and them dropping it. They just had to touch it to those Slippers he Sweat in and Skin Cells were all over those. Plus they moved those slippers back. GO back look at the hallway pictures.

Even Strang said, referring to the photo after finding the key, that the bookshelf was not "flush to the wall". Saying they did this and they did that without a shred of proof is merely just your own opinion.

BBM...
There is no concrete proof he handled the key either. It was found on his floor, near slipppers that had his SWEAT DNA all over the floor and slippers all they had to do is drop the key on the floor to pick up SA's dna.
Can you provide a link that states his slippers had sweat and DNA all over them please? I would be interested in reading that.

And He still should have written these facts in his report, It was not. because they were going to present the case like Manitowoc was never on the property, like they claimed in the news media. LIARS bunch of liars. The LE out there holds NO credibility with me.
Really? They didn't want anyone to know that Manitowac County was on the property? Then why did they have to log in and out from the Command Post? Hardly the actions of people who don't want anyone to know they're there.

Hello all!!

Just throwing this thought out there....

Missy had pointed out that SA's bed had linens and bedding on it. Do you supposed the key was under the sheets on the bed and when LE stripped the bed, the key fell to the location it was found? It is very possible to have fallen out without LE noticing it if it did not make a big thump. For instance maybe he had it in his pocket when he went to bed and it feel out? He doesn't seem to be the type to change into PJ's to me. Could that be a reason he had his DNA on the key and her DNA wasn't?

But BCA, that doesn't fit the "cops planted the key" meme. ;)

Is it possible? Sure I suppose. I don't think SA would purposefully put a car key in his bed or keep it on his person while sleeping, but it's not against the laws of physics.

Someone needs to find some proof that the cops got ahold of TH's key before they ever came to SA's property. Sans that, all the speculation won't count. If the cops didn't have TH's key, they couldn't have planted TH's key even if they wanted to.

Do you own a pair of slippers and ever put your bare feet in them ? Guaranteed 100%, there are skin cells in your slippers from your feet.

I think they had already removed the bedding prior to this entrance of finding the key. I am not 100% sure tho. Because if you go look at the pictures you see that the the bed was already stripped the second time they entered.

They didnt always sign in and out you will see. You will see they did not get mentioned in the warrants you will see that they didnt get their reports done for 8 months after they were told to put something in writing cause there was no getting around them being on the site. In fact it was probably those logs that busted them to being on the property after SHeriff pagel EMPHASIZED THAT THEIR ONLY ROLE WAS TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT! Doing that could have justified them signing into the logs. JMO

Pretty sure the bedding was taken on the evening of the 5th according to testimony.
