They don't know who to forgive...yet....do they?
You don't need to know a name of someone to forgive in order to forgive

Can this be copied & pasted? I'm having trouble getting into web sites today.
This is Raven's comment to the poem:
Thank You Derrecke, she loved you very much and we were so happy to have you last summer. She is in Gods hand, looking down upon me, and upon kaiden. Thank you Derrecke, you know I love you!

seems he doesn't even know how to spell his own brother's name. Maybe because they all keep changing their names!! Shiloh was Treena or something like that. So bizzarre.

How can you forgive someone unless you know who it is???? IMO, You would want to know who and especially WHY before you make a blanket statement?
Question: How do you know the family has forgiven that person? Have they made a statement to that effect?

Where did she think all of the money was coming from? Or....maybe he spent it on himself...no Janet would notice all of the new stuff....maybe he spent it on girlfriends?
It was only 9000 total and i don't know how long it took him to get all of that. if it was little by little she probably would not have noticed

For Janet not to notice the extra income, Raven obviously took care of the bill paying (or lack of bill paying)....

Seems like her sister was really broken up on the TV interview the other night. I didn't get the same impression that you're suggesting but you know them and I don't. And the media can spin anything. It just seemed like the one sister who was talking the most during the interview is not settled with accepting this.
I can imagine this is tearing them up.... that letter that JAne'ts niece wrote to her and she read on TV was so heartbreaking.
We are all broken up about this. She was taken from us! We are all sad but we can't change the fact that she is gone. It will take tiime for all the wounds to heal.

They have said that they have forgiven whoever did this.

It is a lot of money but not a lot for embezzling. Most embezzlers take much more.

I can only imagine the pain the family is going through....when her death has even touched strangers! All we (I) want is justice for Janet. The fact that she was taken from all of you and was prevented from raising her child. The person who did this needs to pay for what pain he/she has caused.

You can still have forgiveness and want justice. They are not mutually exclusive.

I guess that would depend on the size of the company and their assets. Besides, the point is that $9,000 was stolen, and it doesn't seem to be known how the money was spent or if it was. Stealing even a dollar is a lot since stealing is just plain wrong no matter how much it is or how it is justified.

Uhhhhh, what is the average amount embezzlers take?

That's like saying I only sinned a little bit.
Doesn't work that way.
Theft is theft.

True.......but couldn't you forgive the person and then do everything in your power to help find the person who murdered your daughter or at least plead for the help of others to help find her/him and bring them to justice??

I also do not know their financial structure. Raven may have had his own account.

That's what I was trying to say, if my daughter was murdered, I could forgive (maybe), but I would still want Justice. Justice has nothing to do with forgiveness. I would do everything within my power to ensure that justice was served.
