The Police Officers in this case

  • #21
RR your right, according to PMPT, French was the first officer to respond to PR's 911 call (pg. 7).

Then a second officer arrived, at which time friends of the Ramsey's were beginning to arrive. (pg. 8).

Arndt arrived at approximately 8:10 A.M. with Detective Patterson (pg. 9)

Patsy's 911 phone call came in @ 5:52 A.M.

well golly gee, guess I have forgotten a lot about this case, didn't realize that it was over 2 hours until Linda Arndt had arrived. hmmmmmmmmm...
yea,to heck w. the fact the note said a call would come between 8-10am.gotta get that victim's advocate there for Patsy..treat them as victims, not as suspects.

In this case it was:

You have the right to find your daughter where you left her at. You have to right to contaminate the evidence with the handling and laying of your body over the deceased.

You have the right to hire pr people. You have to right to be interviewed and give lots of ums, ers, I don't remember, etc. as answers.

You have the right to not be arrested.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! :furious::furious:
I've joked b/f that they should have just given Patsy some crayons to color with, and patted her on the head, saying, "there, there now Patsy...you don't have to answer those questions if you don't want to!"

I phrased it "governor's office" because I had an idea it may not have been the governor himself, but someone just below him- yet still on the governor's orders. I did read that it was the Lt. Governor, but I am sure he didn't act alone.

The Lt. Gov was a she.

The Lt. Gov was a she.

Gotcha. Thanks.

Wasn't there something said about phone calls BEFORE the 911 call being made from the Rs phone to the Lt. Governor?

I recall it was proven there were calls to and from sometime after JB's body was found, and JR,in DOI,says it was just to send condolences,or something like that.sure...............ly not.IMO that's why the phone records had to go...all the calls placed *prior to 911,inc. the above.

I have never found anything concrete. However I would remiss if I did not mention that a protocol was in place for those with Lockheed Martin. You have to know they would have a security mandate in place. After all it is Lockheed... defense contractor. One that was either ignored or adhered to but never confessed to having been utilized. Also there is much speculation at least around Boulder that the police were not called first. But if there is proof of that ....... I am not high enough up on the food chain to know. I know that it is believed that the phone records disappeared because people in high places were in the know before police were called. We know that calls were made informing the police that these were the Ramseys Put on the kid gloves . And for sure they did that. These people were not without name recognition or prestige or friends in high places.

For sure, politics can be sleazy and corrupt, filled with 'insider dealing' and 'good -ole -boy' networking. There is a great deal of 'horse trading' and 'under-the-table' bargaining that goes on as well.
it happens all the time in politics.

Surely,
If everything is true about the Governor's office, local LE, someone at the phone company (deleting phone records) and LM Security someone would have talked about it after all these years to someone. I think that is just human nature~ to tell someone about a big secret.

I've heard the question " John why after you found your daughter's body did you pick her up and move her from the basement to upstairs?"
Has any detective or police ever ask John Ramsey straight up WHY the basement was the first place he checked?

There was talk but talk is here say and one thing about the Good Ole Boy Network... they protect their own, cause they are really protecting their own arses! Can you imagine the scandal from top down if not? So they dispell it away as gossip. Riddle me this. WHERE DID THE PHONE RECORDS GO? Do you thing the Aflack GOAT ate em? Let me answer that one nah neh neh!! I doubt it was some clerk working for $6.00 an hour that did the delete. Unless we find one retired off to the Bahamas. More likely it was done at Midnight when some wife wondered if her husband was having an affar as he was sure getting home late from the office. Really!

Condolences? Even before the 911 call??? How Rs can even SAY this stuff with a straight face is beyond me. And in order to offer condolences you have to first be told of the death, right? Either way, it's fishy. The Rs calling the Lt. Governor in the wee hours (1am - 6am) to say she was dead means that they knew she wasn't kidnapped. Now WHY didn't anyone jump on that one as soon as the Rs offered that lame excuse for the phone calls? Because the RST wants us to believe that until JR "found" his daughter's body at 1pm Dec.26th they believed it was a kidnapping. The "condolence" phone calls prove the Rs knew she was already dead.

I don't think I've ever seen that question put to him- one of many the Rs should have been asked and weren't.

he says it was after JB was found, sometime shortly thereafter, within a few days or so,in DOI(I don't have my book on me so I can't say for sure when he says it was).Thomas mentions this as well in his book.
I agree, even so,it's definitely fishy! And I bet the R's were anxious to get their book out first,in order to provide the proper 'explanation'.IOW-you heard it here first, folks!

Condolences? Hmmm, wouldn't they have to have been there to answer the phone? How long were they at the house after JB body was found?

Not long they gathered things up and they drove away from the hell hole leaving an officer there to guard the body which was discarded like a broken doll over by the Christmas tree, till the coroners office got there and that was later on that evening/night. If I were JonBenet's mom do you think I could have been drug out of there leaving her alone to await the coroner ? Not in this lifetime. They would have found out the meaning of screaming banshee.

When my mom died I was there and nothing would persuade me to leave her alone. I waited and they came after giving us time I walked down the hall with her to the elevator into the recesses of the basement of theh hospital on past what looked like huge boilers and mechanical things then finally out where the coroners van was. They would not allow me to go further so I was at the funeral home early the following morning. They left her there .... that is one of the things that impassions me as I think little JonBenet. First how she died, then how she was discarded until she was made to look like a princess once again.

That's what I thought! They were very heartless, IMO! You sound like a kind and caring soul, so sorry about your mother.

My point about how quickly they left is the condolence phone calls in post #33. It would be my understanding (I believe I have common sense) that in order to receive a condolence call you have to be there to take the call and who ever might be calling you has to know of a death. Just another R spin on the phone calls that didn't happen.

I agree,to not escort her body to the morgue...that just has guilt written all over it.They didn't escort her b/c *they were the reason she went there in the first place!
