Please can you tell me how to do that? TIA

Go to the Websleuths Home Page, then go to-->
User CP--> (second item from left on the blue bar) then choose
Edit Options--> then choose
Thread Display

The options should be right there. Good luck!

62 seconds.

...........

sixty.two seconds.

let that sink in.

*derp*

I just do not understand how she seriously considered lying her way through a weaved story like that and actually thought she could keep it straight.

Doesn't she "claim" to have a shoulder injury? I had to use my arm like that when I hurt my shoulder.

Yes she mentioned that, after the stabbing her shoulder 'has never been the same'. I guess not after all that.

Now would be such a good time for a visual demonstration to show how many of those 102 seconds were taken up by the individual stabs - 29 of them

I HATE it when knives appear in my hand for no reason and out of thin air.

Ain't that the truth! It's especially awkward when that happens while putting on your underwear.

Yes, in 62 seconds she stabbed him 27 times, slit his throat ear to ear, and shot him. She's bionic. I can't imagine being able to move that fast. He had no chance.

Possibilities abound in this universe

What JM has done to JA so far today....

Sic 'em, Juan...SIC 'EM!!

OMG! You read my mind. I have been thinking about McGruff taking a bite out of crime when watching his outstanding cross.:floorlaugh:

He is sure chewing her up as if he is putting her through a meat grinding processor.:great:

This is the most riveting case Ive ever watched. Juan is awesome...just awesome.

Well I can watch a little Steubenville right now.

Is this lunch or are they coming back?

:seeya: Hey Steely, your "emu" in your siggy dressed in his St. Patty's Day wear matches the DT today !

:great::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::seeya:

Our man Juan really has her back on her heels now. Ever since his first question today, JA has looked smaller. She does have that deer-in-the-headlights look, doesn't she. How in the world can she cope with this & come out looking good?

62 seconds.....

Yep, I can hear the fog horn in the distance getting louder and louder. I'm expecting to see some "shaking" going on this afternoon as soon as the judge wakes up from her siesta.:banghead:

I think she already said she didn't remember seeing any blood. Although I suppose 'remember' is the key word for her.

Right, but I see them pointing to the picture with the blood flowing down his neck and trying to put doubt in the jurors minds.

Have lunch brought in for the jury. Do lunch in an hour not 90 minutes!

Amen to that! I can make a delicious salad topped with those tiny yellow tomatoes, shredded cheese, Ranch dressing, and nuked Tyson chicken breast fillets (chopped up)... eat it... wash bowl, fork, and cutting board in less than 30 minutes. :what: For pete's sake, bring in a deli smorgasbord of finger sandwiches and tater salad for those folks to eat in the jury room and let's get this show on the road, Judge! Shoot, throw in some Mrs. Bairds fried pies for dessert too.

I must have missed something. What is wrong with this word?

She uses contemporaneous where simultaneous would be correct.
Also, this word is normally only used when discussing people/events that happen in the same era.

  • #1,276
I bet the DT team tries to argue that you can't tell what kind of injury TA had in the drag photo...like it could have been blood from the gunshot.

They did with the ME. Juan came back on re-direct and said there is no blood coming from his head in this photo is there?

ME said No.

That blood couldn't have come from the stab wound to his chest, could it?

ME said No.

That blood would have had to have come from his neck being slit open, wouldn't it?

ME said Yes.

(paraphrasing)

Well, I guess now she's going to say her cut finger was HER defensive wounds when Travis came at her with the knife. :what:

Sshhhhh. Don't give anyone ideas! :floorlaugh:

  • #1,278
She is unbelievably calm when she utters the words "throat slit" or anything to do with it. I would be a nervous wreck just talking about something so horrific. That tells me she's a cold blooded murderer.

I have a physical reaction when there is any mention of that most horrific infliction or even when my mind starts to go there -- it's too much. I literally put my hand over my throat and chest in protective mode and cringe thinking about what happened to Travis while trying to divert my thoughts elsewhere. She speaks of this completely unaffected and it has nothing to do with her so-called fog. As disturbing as it gets.

  • #1,279
She should have made that up sooner:)

I love that we are at the point with Jodi where we are like 'that's not even a good lie, she should have said ...'

  • #1,280
So now she is suggesting that Travis got the knife and she fought it off him? Look at his defense wounds and look at hers....

And the slice wound on his abdomen looks Jodi was the one lunging,not Travis.
