Seriously, I wish Juan Martinez would by pass all this BS and just ask JA to explain how Travis was attcking her while she was defending herself by stabbing him in the back.
She is so evil!!!!

Lol. The jurors
:furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:
they already have her number! If they asked that question! They did the math! They are probably sitting there with clenched teeth!! Agitated at her and nurmi!
:furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

If I was a juror, I'd be ticked off and offended that Jodi would think that I was a total idiot. Her smug, holier-than-thou attitude and arrogance thinking she's the smartest person in the room.

I wouldn't contact the judge, maybe she'd remove the cameras?

I know...then, instead of 4 hours of actual court time, we'd have 0 hours.

Nurmi better be getting paid only while he is in session.

Jodi's left arm/shoulder: Many have commented on how strangely Jodi holds her left arm when she sips water from a cup. I think that she sustained some type of injury to her elbow or shoulder while she was attacking Travis. The injury might not have bothered her right away, but Jodi he couldn't get treatment for the injury without having to answer questions and resigned herself to live with the injury.

Some years ago, I had arthroscopic surgery for the removal of a bone spur on my left shoulder. I tried to avoid surgery by doing eight weeks of physical therapy, but the bone spur wasn't going to go away, and I ended up have the out-patient procedure after all. During the months that the bone spur was bothering me, I went through many odd contortions so that I could move my arm without excruciating pain. It had gotten to the point where it hurt to put a coat on, use a blow-dryer, brush my hair, or reach overhead with my left arm. When I started physical therapy, my shoulder was out of place from the odd maneuvers to avoid pain.

As I've watched Jodi go through similar movements when she drinks water, I honestly think that she injured her arm (probably her shoulder) during the attack on Travis. :moo:

BDE, I went through a very similar experience and ended up with a frozen shoulder and can totally relate to your post. I did the whole PT thing and then had to have surgery (a manipulation and clean out of scar tissue - OUCH) when PT didn't help. I tended to pull my arm up to my body (over my chest - kinda "chicken-winged" it). When I couldn't blow dry my hair anymore I finally saw the doctor! Anyway, I wonder what's up with her shoulder?

JM needs this photo :)
Thanks!!

It's her left ring finger that's in question, right? I do see a bend in that finger in that picture. I believe that finger is definitely misshapen, but it has nothing to do with Travis kicking her. She injured that finger when she was killing Travis. JMO

the picture in question[ her foot]
can anybody please do a reverse image? or a black and white negative image of it?
so we can see actual forms?

1:15 huh. Nope I don't think we got an hour in today.

Ridiculous. If I was a juror I would be so pi$$ed.

ITA! This judge doesn't seem to have any awareness of the disruption this is to the juror's lives. My job is good, they will pay me my regular salary for as long as I'm serving on a jury. Many jobs, however, are not that good and may only pay for 2 weeks or not at all. These poor jurors have lives to lead and were it not for Jodi Arias, her actions and her ramblings, they would be back to their regular lives. Instead they have to sit through things like this.

There would be steam coming from my ears were I a juror. Pfft, I have steam coming from my ears and I'm only a spectator. And...I have a choice, I can choose not to watch...these jurors have no choice.

The media in a case is often times referred to as a 'circus'....in this case, the court is the 'circus', not the media.

This is SPOT ON!!!!

I've watched trials and read about killers and crimes never solved, but THIS CHICK.....I seriously have had trouble sleeping quite a few nights since following this trial. She is a real life boogeyman that you best hope and pray never enters your life. In ANY way.

62 seconds.

...........

sixty.two seconds.

let that sink in.

*derp*

I just do not understand how she seriously considered lying her way through a weaved story like that and actually thought she could keep it straight.

One minute 2 seconds

To Nurmi, argumentative means "that incriminates her". Go ahead and cue the jury when it's important. :eye roll:

Bingo.

62 seconds of which 29 of them were stabs....

Did JA eat slugs for breakfast? She's being so slippery with her answers. Any juror with children has experienced this kind of bob-and-weave, slip-and-slide attempt to avoid being accountable. But everyone here already knows all this. We should make a list of big words for her to learn.
Obfuscate, prevaricate, trivialize, rationalize, facetious, disingenuous, recalcitrant...

I bet she was born with it:twocents:

I wish Martinez would object that ARIAS is being argumentative.

He can, but Juan is letting the jury see how Jodi wants to parse every word that Juan says.

  • #1,336
I have to ask - has she killed before, since this killing was so quick, yet so brutal!

I can't imagine, however, she sure seemed adept at what she did. I'd sure like to know the real story of what happened that day.

Juan Martinez: "Oh NO no no, there's no guessin' now, uh-uh!"
How awesome was that?!

I bet the DT team tries to argue that you can't tell what kind of injury TA had in the drag photo...like it could have been blood from the gunshot.

Except that JA has already said many times that she didn't know she shot him because there was NO blood. :fence:
