Thus my point, no one here on this site knows anything about his true actions to say he didnt have sex addictions, etc. He wasnt every smart that we obiviously can say or he would have totally shut off contact with her.

Just because 90% of people on here have some type of "gang mentality" and trust me I am all for convictions in cases, others do have different opinions about different aspects of the trial which should not be continually downgraded...runs off many good people from posting...and that is jmo

I feel like I saw computer forensic report stating there was in fact activity around 4 am on June 4th ... and it was on TA's computer and it was Youtube.
Am I remembering that right? I read it not heard it in court iirc.

I just mentioned the sex addiction because how many times over and over and over and over again has it been questioned as to why Travis kept taking Jodi back.

So many days later of witnessing the pathological lies of this defendant and of her hatred of Travis Alexander that burns bright even after she has so savagely murdered him, and really??? Talking now of the victim's sex life seems appropriate... really?

There might be sexual addiction recovery pamphelts at a mall in Mesa. Mesa, Az has a lot of Mormons. For instance: Sons of Heleman..a Mormon group combating masterbation. http://www.sonsofhelaman.org/ I just bet JA did find a Mormon pamphlet at the mall. She murdered TA, she admitted to doing so..but I think there might have been some Mormon pamphlets at the mall for her to pick up and give to TA.

If she did this it was done as a form of emotional abuse with a thinly veiled threat behind it.

That was so great! Juan hammered down the consequences of lying. He is protecting Travis while getting him justice. Love it!

It was in court, the girls had boxes on their heads, aluminum foil kinda cute and Juan did not deny Travis watching them, was more concerned with the label faster, harder etc.

Actually what I said was "lets not go into detail", but the point being yes I too believe consensual sex took place on 06/04.

My bigger point is this:

On the 4th I think she waited until the roommate left about 1130 and came to the door. I think she talked her way into the house. To JA I believe it was pivotal to get him to bed and then into that shower. Thus the sex pics with his new camera and then the CK photo shoot. TA wouldn't be suspicious, JA was always taking pics including his facebook shot. Plus the shots were with HIS camera and wouldn't be in her possession. The roommate returns between 3 and 4pm and then leaves never realizing JA is in the house. I believe the other roommate was scheduled to return at 6 or 6:30pm which she may or may not have known. The shower is important to minimize the cleanup. The attack I believe started in the shower or as he was getting up or out. Personally I think it was the knife first (quieter). The ME believed if either the gun shot or throat cutting had occurred first, TA wouldn't have the defensive cuts on hands because he wouldn't have been able to raise his arms. He did say with the most severe stab wound (the one severing the vena cava) he would be able to defend himself and move around for several minutes. I don't think she expected him to leave that shower, but he did explaining the remaining wounds.

Her perfect murder fell apart. She was rapidly running out of time before someone came home and the mistakes started piling up.

I agree with part of this. However, to assume that Travis "wasn't very smart" or he would have cut off contact with her is presumptuous on your part as well. He appeared to try. You can't ....WE can't walk in his shoes. He was very likely afraid of her...which in hindsight appears to be rational. Based on the evidence, he certain,y did not deserve the vicious and violent death he endured. I don't think it's it at all fair to blame the victim. Even in the best of preventative intentions, evil exists. Im jus' sayin'

Doesnt seem to matter, he apparently let her in each time and he's an adult sure he knew about 911, except there must have been something in it for him or he would and could have stopped it...Locked doors, close doggy door whatever, he was capable of changing the circumstances if he wanted to bad enough.
